The location was close to beach and wollongong and port kembla were only a short drive away, Motel is attached to the Towradgi pub which is clean modern and family oriented for dinners or drinks, food was good. Rooms newly renovated and well appointed inside
The motel is an older building but fully renovated inside, new and well appointed, no breakfast options on this site but cafes at beach front a short drive away.

The staff and the freshness/ cleanliness of the room
The beds, they are so so so bad! They desperately need updating! There was a massive indent in the bed from being over used. I had a horrible sleep and woke up with an externally bad back.

Lovely little twin room in a convenient location, for short overnight stay.
Prior to & once checking in, we could have been warned of how a major sporting event would block our exit the following morning. Reception left a message on my phone later that evening but i didnt get it until the next morning. Thought this event impact could have been better communicated earlier. I would not have stayed here had i know an event would impact morning exit.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Huge bed with crisp white linen. We had a very quiet spot at the back of the motel with parking in front of our room. Breakfast was available on weekends and we sat in the outdoor area of the hotel.
Seemed a little expensive - comparable with city hotels.

The hostess was rude and distracted by her other role as bottle-shop attendant.

Very clean and recently renovated.good size rooms not pokey. Bathroom very clean and modern Parking outside door. Quiet. Food at the hotel was high standard. Staff were very helpful
There was not much to dislike. If I had to find something it would be that car parking is not under cover

I loved how comfortable the rooms where and clean and safe for our two toddlers the outside area was a big bonus and the huge shower was also awesome

A lovely room next to the hotel. Thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t. Nice soft bed:

Nicely renovated rooms
The bed was extremely soft, so soft it made it quite uncomfortable. The curtains are too small for the window leaving a 1ft gap in the middle

Location was good. Room was clean and modern
We were in town for my son’s football game.
Next door they decided to have a party (obviously not the fault of the hotel staff) inside and outside of their room with constant yelling and loud music all through the night.
After my first call to reception a young guy came around and told them to go inside. Which they did. This did nothing to stop the party or the noise.
After my 2nd call to reception they were again warned to keep the noise down. The misic came back on straight away.
After my 3rd call to reception the manager, Darren came and kicked them all out including the people paying for the room.
He was extremely firm with them but by this time it was around 3am and we had to get up at 6:30am.
An absolutely horrible night.
And the shower head was broken.

Soft Bed, clean and fluffy towels, clean tidy room. Good size coffee cups. Appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
The bed was a bit too soft, but I would much prefer that than if it had been too hard.

The room's are beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very nice and shower is sooo big. I also loved that you get a little private courtyard where you can sit outside. Great location right next to the Towradgi Beach Hotel (even though the food there is rubbish!). I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and she loved the kids playground right next door, so perfect for the little ones.
