Spicy Delights and Comfort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's cafe, which offered an exquisite array of Chengdu cuisine. As a lover of spicy food, I was thrilled to indulge in authentic dishes that tantalized my taste buds with their bold flavors and perfect level of spiciness. The ambiance of the cafe was also delightful, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy my meals. Overall, my experience at this hotel, particularly the culinary journey through Chengdu's cuisine, was truly memorable and highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

The room and facilities were great, and very close to the airport. The hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport every 30 mins.

people working there were extremely friendly and helpful, they have very good breakfast.

nothing really. but as a note for other customers: people coming to this hotel from the airport should remember to call the hotel to ask for a shuttle pick up. otherwise, taxi drivers in Chengdu would be extremely rude to you because the hotel is close to the airport.

Exceptional

The staff at the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful, and not just for hotel matters. They were happy to help me find my way around. The room was properly clean and comfortable. I tried the two restaurants and food was amazing. A wonderful experience! If I ever get back to the city, I will prefer this to other choices.

When I go there, the hotel shutdown. Booking.com no notified that hotel closed and the hotel also no informed that their hotel closed.

Nice airport hotel

24-hour gym is a big plus. Room service meals were reasonably priced (slightly on high side but still within reasonable within). Very nice staff.

Some of the elevators were in not use so sometimes you have to travel from the end of one wing to another to get to the elevators.

Accommodation, cleaness and facilities

The room curtain was broken when I was checked in but the hotel staff answered very fast to repair it. Hope this kind of details can be avoided by checking well the room before letting the guest in.

May be the friendliest hotel on Earth :-)

This Holiday Inn had only been open for one day when I arrived and every single staff member I met was totally delighted to greet me as their first foreign guest. They were all super polite, helpful, friendly, and concerned with providing me excellent service. I was nervous about getting to the hotel from the airport (I was on a transit layover arriving at night) so when I asked for info about their shuttle service, they not only sent me the shuttle schedule immediately, but also called me personally to make sure I understood and to obtain my flight info. When I arrived, they actually had a very nice gentleman pick me up right out of arrivals with my name on a placard. I felt very safe and cared for arriving at night to an unfamiliar place (especially as a female traveling alone). Everything else was up to expectations but the food also deserves a special mention. I ordered room service dinner and the salmon and veggies that I ordered were absolutely incredible. I may never have had a salmon that was so perfectly cooked before! The breakfast buffet is also excellent and extensive with a bread bar, cold bar, and hot bar with custom made omelettes. I would recommend this hotel without reservation to any kind of traveler, and I wish them all the success in the new year!
