Staff, Ireland at reception delighteful ; Ireland at coffee and pastry also delightful.

Flushing sound off and on all night above air conditioner. Bed made groan sound with movement. Dirty sock behind upholstered chair. Hand held shower needed cleaning,

I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, location was excellent, very comfortable bed, staff was great.

Air conditioning was loud, could hear showers running starting around 5:00 am

gorgeous attire, wonderful location, and excellent service... however, the room needs work.

Our room felt spacious, clean, modern, and simple. Staff was accommodating for special requests, and amenities were met. The location is absoluty wonderful, and is easily accessible. Parking is free, and easy to find.

The room's lighting is very white, and very bright (like a surgury room). In my opinion, a room at this price, which mimics times of antiquity, should have soft lighting in its rooms for guests to relax to. In additon, the climate control system is beyond my college degree.

understaffed. poorly trained staff. 5 star prices. 3 star service. reception often empty and unable to locate staff. rooms are not serviced unless you specifically ask. lots of potential, but this place has a way to go

Pre-wedding pretties

Our ADA room was quite spacious! Loved the free tea & water in the lobby.Staff was super accommodating! Location is within walking distance to some great eateries.

It would've been convenient to have a microwave in the room.

I really enjoyed the hotel and exploring Winters on foot.

it’s located right downtown with restaurants and shop within walking distance. There is a nice outdoor space with a water feature, so its a lovely place to sit and enjoy the complimentary glass of wine!

Nice location to explore the town of Winters

Power was out all over town - no fault of the hotel so we left hurriedly. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They changed both rooms because of a barking dog across the hall.

Parking is very difficult. On the street parking, signs were unclear about where guests were sure to park.

Superb

Great location, upscale, spacious room with excellent mattress and the hotel was very pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Initially the check-in staff seemed a little cold and impersonal. Our impression was we were being 'dealt with' as opposed to assisted at check-in. A more welcoming note would be good, even for later arrivals.

Poor Value and overpriced

whoever answers the phone when you call. I hung up multiple times to get a more efficient person. speaking with your receptionist was 100% painful so I booked through a 3rd party due to competent staff assisting with reservations. the towels and robes were literally like sand paper.

Scenic location, spacious rooms but bring your own drinks ;-)

Location of the hotel was in the middle of scenic Winters! The hotel looked great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly!

Despite the fact that there was a full-restaurant, it was only operating for dinner. For breakfast you could purchase some pastries, yoghurt etc., but no full breakfast. We had to go to other restaurants to get a proper breakfast. The showers were difficult to operate (e.g., adjust to get appropriate warm water) and were lagging pressure. After 9pm no bar or room service was available in the hotel during the week, as there were no other bars open and/or nearby, this would be a very important improvement point for the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and comfy beds.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. I love that clean design and openness. The rooms are also quite spacious.

I would recommend putting in another source to plug-in a device on the other side of the bed. Right now there’s only one device and it’s on only one side of the bed. They make lamps that have plug-in outlets built into them. Also, maybe some more artwork in the rooms. They were a bit bare. And the courtyard -the view isn’t that great because you look over the roof a part of the building. and the food of Carboni’s was not good. The staff was great the food not so much. I would recommend going somewhere else. It seems like the chef wasn’t cooking. It was someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Our pizza crust was burnt, and while the salmon was cooked well it was sitting on a pool of corn with water and the greens were all wet from that.

Amazing experience. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable with nice pillows. We loved the bathroom/shower and tub. The staff was amazing! We were staying here for our 7 year anniversary and the staff had a bottle of wine sent to our room which was a nice gesture.

There is was not anything that we disliked about this hotel.

the hotel is very stylish and well designed.

I stayed there for my birthday and informed hotel about this in advance, but didn’t get any compliment from the property, which usually hotels try to provide something simple but pleasant
