Grate value for money, huge terrace

Huge terrace, good location, AC, stable and fast internet connection. Parking in the street, free of charge. Walking distance from the city center, convenience store and beaches. Great value for money.

Cosy and huge apartment for a family!

The apartment is huge and it's really a value for the money. It's clean and cosy. It has all an average modest family is looking for. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Racist & Deceptive Host; Uncomfortable Beds & Sofa

Located close the seawall and amenities, although it is in a run down part of Malta, and gets boring after a few days.

Racist and deceptive host, who doesn't seem fond of Asians, Africans, Muslims, Albanians, and especially those from the Philippines, whom he says tend to eat toilet paper. The host will also use many deceptive tactics to keep your deposit. For example, he will offer complimentary towel cleaning service, but will later demand charges for the service. Make sure you bring your own towels, as the towels provided were disgusting with brown stains. Also, check the gas, as if it finishes during your stay, you will be held liable for the charges. The garbage disposal is very complicated, and you will be charged 100 Euros for any mistakes. The host will also look for excuses to enter the apartment while you are not there, which made us uncomfortable. The beds are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The sofa has springs popping up, which were very uncomfortable. Make sure you have all toiletries before u come, as none are provided.

Will definitely be back to Bugibba

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It had air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers etc.. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was also great, within walking distance of bus stops, restaurants, shops and Bugibba square and pier.

The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were springy. There is a sheet of plywood under the mattress.

Great location, comfortable apartment, hospitable host

Great apartments, wonderful location, hospitable host. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 14 was comfortable in these apartments. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, comfortable kitchen, a wonderful terrace where you can dine with your family. Recommended for families and other travelers! We'll definitely be back! Thanks!!!

Very large apartment on the top of the building with a big terrace. Very effective AC (helpful during the hot summer). Kitchen with simple utencils, but enough to cook different kind of dishes. Bathroom with shower and extra toilet in bedroom (all clean). Location on the main street in Buggiba. Cars can be heard moderately while sitting on the terrace. More noise on weekends in the evening from passing groups but not disturbing at all. After closing the door to the terrace, inside the apartment there is almost perfect silence. Close to the main promenade, walk max 5 minutes. Several public transport stops close by, within walking distance. Extremly friendly and helpful owner. And during our stay we have 3 extra flatmates - tortoise on the terrace which we take care and feed (that was very nice and funny)

Bed could be a bit a bit more comfortable..apart from that great place and good value

Great location,nice and quiet.good parking .modern appartment. Charles and his wife were very helpful with anything we needed to know about the whole islands and with anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable

Great time, we would definitely come back!

The appartement was very nice, we had everything we needed. Especially the terrace was awesome, we really enjoyed sitting there for breakfast and in the evening hours. The location is perfect and within a 5 minute walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. The owner Charles and his wife are really nice and helpful people. We would definitely come back.

Wifi was a little too weak, everything else was great!

the perfect place to stay

so the location it was perfect the bus station 5 minutes away to see the whole malta, the building is new and renovated and eco friendly 😍 the kitchen and the bathroom where renovated and you can find inside from water glasses to clothes iron even umbrellas so you can find inside everything, the bedroom is kinda older the furniture but thats something i didn't care at all because the bed was comfortable we had A/C. the house owner so friendly and nice always there to help. im recommending it for sure

The only thing i whould like to be updated it the cleaning service because the cleaning lets say it was about 8/10 it could be even more clean because im obsessed with clean houses

A lovely Apartment in the heart of Buggiba 😍

The apartment is great & has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay It is very close to all the amenities & good things Buggiba has to offer regarding bars, restaurants, a really good convience store & the beach/promenade area but it's secluded & peaceful just a 5 min walk from everthing we slept very well every evening was very comfy like a home from home... The host (Charlie) was great & at hand anytime night or day for anything we needed... A really nice bloke and the perfect host nothing was a chore for him..😊 Myself & my wife will be planning on booking this apartment again for next year we were that impressed...

We would choose the same place for our next visit to Malta.

Everything was perfect. Spacious, clean, fully equipped apartment with really nice host. Very well connected with other parts of Malta by several buses. Close to waterfront restaurants and bars.

Quite good except for the host's attitude

The location and quietness of accodomation.

The host's attitude was a disappointment amidst the otherwise great experience from Malta. The host is difficult to communicate with, bossy and self-interested. NO RESPECT to the guest's opinions (see similar reviews by other guests in this respect, they are true). There were minor drawbacks in the room, too. But that could be bearable if the host's attitute were more customer-oriented

It was a pleasant stay in a great location :)

The location of the apartament is great - a big plus for this place for sure! So is the owner himself - he was very kind and helpful, the contact with him was easy and thanks to that he made our arrival day much fun!

What needs more attention in the apartament is the cleanliness of china and the expiry date of groceries left in the kitchen cabinets for guests. Also, shower hose and few materaces need changing. These details could be a little disturbing to guests, but they don't spoil the good opinion of the house.
