The room was very good. Nice beds, lots of space. Breakfast was also good. Fresh eggs and more.
Toilet had some issues bit they fixed it.
To go to Puerto Varas best take a car. Otherwise its a bit of a walk.
4.1
close to Llanquihue lake
room it is offered as garden view but… take a look in the photo attached…
additionally, restaurant and other areas were pretty cold (no heating)

Breakfast was good. Staff very accomodating.
A nice older building with antique theme. Needs some work.
A bit out off town but no problem as you should rent a car in Puerto Montt.

The property is a 20 minute walk to central Puerto Varas, but there were restaurants closer as well. The hotel is up on a hill. The lobby and breakfast were excellent, with views off the back deck. Room were comfortable with a great bathroom. Felipe at the front desk spoke fair English and booked us a great restaurant in town. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

The rustic vibe, wonderful staff & the layout of the property is beautiful! Cute neighborhood cat came to visit! We are cat people, so it was nice having him around.
The shower situation could be updated. It was set up as such, that water got everywhere and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused a musty smell. Maybe replace the wood with a less porous material & add a fan?

Very kind, very nice, quiet and spacious. They were very generous and gave us our room at 7:00 am although check in was not until 3 pm. That was great since our ETM bus arrived at Puerto Varas at 5 am and there is no proper bus terminal, nothing open, nowhere to sit down and wait. So a cab appeared and took us to the only service station with a 24h grocery store, but they also just sell out of a little window. We ended up sitting in the floor talking to a homeless guy who didn't care to yell to tell us everything he wanted to narrate about his life
It seems that their web site has been hacked and I received a message a couple of days before my arrival with a link asking me for a lot of personal information, including a picture of our ID's. I replied telling them I wouldn't provide such pictures and they didn't know what was I talking about... then they said that has happened to other guests and that this was not the first time they had been hacked

Beautiful quirky building
Some distance from town centre but lovely view of the sea from the terrace.

Breakfast was excellent, it just ends a little early at 9:30, so you are forced to wake up "early"
Hot tubs are great for relaxing before going to bed.
I had to stay in my room one afternoon because of work, and the heating is cut during the day, even on winter. It comes back on around 17:00 hrs.

nice lake view and quite place.
the bathroom smell wet….. water not hot enough for second day.

Breakfast was nice. Best asset is the very nice balcony to watch the sunset over the lake. Good location to visit places without being in traffic.
Compared to the look and feel of the common areas the rooms where very disappointing. Zero character, could be any sterile room. Blinds didn't close, neither did the closet door, TV had a bright light that we had to unplug in the end as the only solution.

The location is perfect, a 20 minute walk to town, far enough to feel in nature. The views are beautiful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well as Dinner.
But most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and at home.
From the women in charge of breakfast in the morning, Esteban at dinner time to the manager Felipe they were so wonderful and helpful.
I will 100000% stay there when I go back to Puerto Varas!

Setting is nice looking. Room was clean and nice.
We paid for a room with a lake veiw, and our room could only see trees.
The bar is just one man franticly running around and a fridge of bottled beer.
The have a very limited menu, basically pizza or burger, and the pizza is terrible, ours was just a black burnt base with a mountain of toppings on top cold.
We did the tinaja and it was completely dark down there, no lights, and they don't even provide robes for the outdoor jacuzzi. Staff were short with us a few times,
Services were terrible, all the staff just standin the kitchen chatting and if you want there attention you just have to wait outside until they are finished chatting.
4.1
The room, the infrastructure and the view
They charged me a higher price than what I saw on booking. The POS didn't work so they were just accepting transfers. Before my arrival it was impossible to communicate to the hotel, nobody answered the phone nor my messages through booking.

The staff in charge of serving breakfast and the cleaning were really helpful and nice. Made our stay considerably better.
The interior design of the facilities is great, however, unfortunately, the details and installations were lacking attention. For example, the room had a great balcony but no chair or any kind of seat to enjoy it.
The receptionist were not very helpful in helping address any needs e.g. the need for a chair or request to buy refreshments at the restaurant of the hotel.
Way too many overpriced; For the price paid and the branding of 3 star hotel, it is expected basic amenities i.e. water in the room or ability to be in the hotel during the day, however the place operated basically like a bed and breakfast.
Though, once asked, it was provided, there were no hand towels in the bathroom. The “tinajas”
were not working as expected. However, once we informed about it, the staff were helpful in making it work as best as they could…we still couldn’t enjoy it.
The branding and description of the place make it seem like a established 3 star hotel while, that doesn’t seem to be the current case.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Regarding the rooms, they are warm and cosy, the heating system works perfectly. The hot tub was one of the best part of our stay, very clean and the landscape is fascinating.
