Magnifique service et logement

I checkin before time and I really need it ! The service is flexible and helpful. Apartment clean new bathroom and nice area 2 minutes from the sea. I liked this place !

located well, from the outside Ok. good for trapping. But,not like from pictures. very bad in general, situated on the first floor of building. Smell bad, small old ad dirty.

This is the worst experience I have had with either booking.com or airbnb. First the landlord is very hard to reach. She does not answer her phone until you call her five or six times, when I was trying to confirm with her my arrival time. The apartment is dirty. The closet has a thick layer of dust. There is a washer, but no detergent. I texted her asking if she can provide detergent, she simply does not reply. The shower drain is clogged so the water overflows onto the floor of the bathroom and then to the bedroom. I have pictures. The ceiling of the bathroom is a giant square hole, looking into ducts, cables, wires, spider webs and dusts. When I texted her to get the shower drain fixed, she again does not reply, so I had use this dysfunctional shower for a week. I believe she should partially refund my payment. I made an appointment for 10am the next day to give her the key when I check out, she was late. So I would give this apartment and landlord a 0 out of 5 star rating.
