Mooi ruime kamers
Leuke zwembad
Leuke stijl van interieur.
Kamer was top
Ontbijt was ook ok.
Je kon bijbetalen voor het dinner buffet. Die raad ik niet aan. Het was duur en niet lekker. Eten was koud.

Breakfast lunch and dinner also perfect

Size of the rooms.
we requested 2 rooms close to each other as 1 rom was for the kids. They put us in 2 different buildings! We had to pay for an upgrade to have 2 rooms in the same building.
Nice but very limited resort. Breakfast was ok but restaurant menu was limited and room service closed early. The hotel is far from any restaurants, cafes...
There is a beach nearby but a little dirty and totally deserted.

The peace and quiet
Only one pool bar, half the hotel is closed

Looks lovely in the pictures but in reality very run down, middle of nowhere & nothing close to a 5 star hotel.

The room was very nice and clean, big space in the room! Very good shower, and service in the room. The swimming pool is long and nice. Clean. We liked the swimming pool. The staff in reception is good kind and helpful. Tuk tuk staff is very kind too. Hotel have beautiful plants and nice area around. Have fishes have the forest behind. Is very beautiful. Design of building very nice. We ordered a fruit for birthday and it was very beautiful and good price.
The breakfast is very very very very bad! Except
For the egg’s staff, they work nice.
And some staff is not very helpful! In front of the building there is a destroyed not complete building that block the view.
We found a rat in the long way to go to the rooms!

Loved the ocean view room, was very comfortable and spacious. The bath and seating on the balcony was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and courteous at all times.
Coffee - not so good. Would have liked the option of having an espresso/cappuccino at breakfast. Could only order these at other times of the day off the menu, so need to be provide these at breakfast also. The pool bar was also not operating when we were there, we had to walk up to the restaurant to order drinks. There were also things on the dinner menu we ordered at times but advised were not available.

The air condition did not work properly.
Breakfast was a small choice

absolutely dreamlike and fabulous. The room with the bathtub on the balcony is like you’re living in a painting, especially with the beach waves in the background. I extended twice and loved every second.
This is a luxury 5 Star hotel which needs a bit of time due to Covid. Please be kind with your reviews - you don’t get such a deal anywhere else.
The beach is very clean, the bathroom is beautiful. There is so much attention to detail, please notice the gorgeous Peacock Details over the bed, the sweet elephant sculptures in the garden. I mostly loved the Peacock Designs - the cleaning ladies were lovely.
The breakfast is very good, go to the pool area if you find the breakfast room not of your taste.
Make sure you check out the larger pool beside the gym because some people seem to miss that one.
i will come back

I loved the idea of it - the photos and descriptions that paint an image of comfort and cleanliness.
I am an honest reviewer , I take no pleasure in negative reviews, however...
Car park way too small. At least 180 rooms with less than 20 car spaces - seriously?
Mosquito infested rooms - worst I have experienced in Thailand (compared to 50-odd other hotels) by some distance - we had 3 rooms and the same feedback from others. Just infested, the hotel needs to be decontaminated, rooms must have both plug in mosquito repellent and spray for guests.
Food service in the lunch restaurant is laughable. Ordered a flat white and got a lukewarm half americano with a cold glass of milk. Our meals came out at least 5 minutes apart - all 3 were salads. Not blaming the staff, they just were not trained properly.
The pool is really long, but not clean. Lots of floating debris.
Daybed or sofa or whatever the sitting furniture is supposed to be, incredibly uncomfortable and impractical.
Foul BO type rotten smell in the bathroom
Signs saying you can't swim on the beach across from the hotel - not the hotel's fault, but should state that.
The hotel has lost whatever charms it may once have had. Avoid like the (mosquito) plague

The hotel was OKaay I give it six out of 10.
I had a problem with the air conditioner
 it's a bit old hotel
The restaurants and the reception is far away from you. You need a tok tok or a long walk

The staff was pleasant but was not overly gracious.
I booked a Deluxe Sea View room; however, I was placed on the ground floor and all I could see were trees and bushes across the road--no view of the sea.
The pool had limited lounge chairs with no clear marking as to where to go to find the chairs that were available, there were no towels to get outside, and the pool was not full or clean--the water line was below the filtering system. There were not staff available to serve drinks or food at the pool and even though the hotel was not at capacity they ran out of beers at the swim up pool bar.
The pillows were hard as rocks.
Sadly, this would not be a hotel I would recommend or visit again.

Nice hotel, nice pools, rooms are big and modern. The bathroom had a lovely bath and rainforest shower. The beds were comfortable and theres room service available. The beach is right accross the road and is lovely and quiet.
The hotel is based in a very quiet area. I'm sure there was a lot more going on before covid but now its a bit empty. There are large unfinished buildings outside which are eery and an eyesore.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, airport. You can be often totaly alone on the beach, with hundreds of meters between you and other people. Rooms are clean, spacey and for thai standarts overall very good.
The hotel is always full of russian tourists, so you will be unfortunately witnesses of their horrible behaviour...especially during breakfasts.

Big lovely room, very comfortable stay, good breakfast and just across the beach where you can view beautiful sunset daily.
We really like the location as it wasn't crowded.
Non existent WiFi in our family suite. So ensure you have backup plan.

We asked for a double bed but got two single beds joined
2.0 / 5.0
The room was spacious and well laid~out. The hotel allowed for late check-out (with a small fee) which was extremely helpful for us.
The hotel is not well maintained as there are too few staff. There were no personnel in the kids club, the spa or at the gym. There were not enough sun beds for the guests. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. My family and I resorted to eating toast with jam/cereal. The tables were never wiped and there were piles of dishes stacked on tables. There were no tea bags and one had to ask at reception for tea bags. The staff were not friendly and clearly overworked. However, the restaurant staff (not the breakfast staff) were friendly. Overall, I think this hotel has potential, but unfortunately during our stay, we never got to witness this. I would not stay here again. It lacks the Thai hospitality that we experienced at the other hotels we stayed at in Phuket and surrounds.

The sunset in the beach and the beach are incredibly beautiful.
Special mention to Peachy, the lady at the front desk. I had an issue with my home bank card and she tried her best to help me solving the problem (finally solved).
There are too many things to improve if they keep offering themselves as a 5 stars hotel.
Maintenance and housekeeping staff keep their stuff in very visible and accessible places for the clients, which is not really nice. The swimming pool, as well as most of the facilities, need a deep maintenance. I actually cut my toe in a part where there were no tiles (swimming pool).
The illumination in the hallways is poor, especially at night.
There is an unfinished building in front of the hotel that covers the sea views.
In the other side there is a mangrove swamp very close to the walkway out of the swimming pool, which I think it’s not really safe for toddlers.
I’ve seen the bellboys who carry the suitcases to your room smoking weed in front of the lobby, which doesn’t show a really professional image. Actually, that affects to their performance because I had to call the attention of one of them when he was throwing my suitcases in the tuctuc (which were all rusty, by the way).
The breakfast is poor and in the restaurant, the waiters are very nice but if you want to order something out of the buffet it’ll take forever.
Out of the hotel there is a little street market and a very nice local restaurant, but for anything else you will need to grab some transportation.

2 big pools, with pool bars if you wanted to avail. big rooms with large bath overlooking the pool and greenery.
the property is a bit run down and is in need of a pick me up, presumably since Covid. derelict buildings out the front. very quiet but on the plus side the beach is empty and plenty of pool beds available.

Didn't receive a welcome drink even though it was stated at the time of booking. We stayed for 3 weeks. The breakfast was the same every day with little choice, you can still expect a good breakfast from a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is remote, there are no facilities, no shops and it seems neglected. If you want to go somewhere you have to either rent a car or take a taxi. The taxis… EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! Not even in Europe do I pay such prices on taxis.
I politely asked the reception if they could arrange a meter taxi for me, it turned out that they 'cannot' do that because the taxis only drive around the airport. The airport is 10 minutes from the hotel.
They have a contract with a taxi company that charges tourists abrupt prices. We were told that they could negotiate with the taxis about the price, our last day there, that was suddenly no longer possible. I wonder why.
No good communication. Staff didn't speak a word of English.
The hotel does not want to meet the wishes of their guests.
Swimming pool was very dirty, the mattresses of the loungers were not brought inside when it was raining, so could not lie on a clean mattress. The umbrellas were also very rusty and the pool bar looked abandoned and shabby. The Wi-Fi does not work in the whole hotel.
Enough staff in the hotel, but nothing was being worked on.
Had dinner a couple of times, when we ordered a meal, it was suddenly sold out or they no longer had it. The restaurant took a very long time to prepare our food and the menu is limited there. Each time it got worse. Portions got smaller and the food was served cold.
We were allowed to borrow bikes, but very poorly maintained…full of rust and the brakes didn't work. You can easily have an accident with this. We have indicated several times that we could not use it for security reasons. The reception couldn't do anything for us.
The hotel really needs to be improved, everything is in need of maintenance.
Scandalous this.

the area is might be the worst in whole phuket, it looks like a war zone around the hotel there is no restaurant and the beach is so so dirty we spent only one night and thanks god I would have pack and leave if I had to stay longer, the hotel is around abandoned building around and it is extremely dirty.
everything was horrible plus it is advertised 5 stars on booking when it is only a 4 start which is completely misleading and I have booked trusting Booking!

Very nice, comfortable and quiet
The small pool needs more cleaning
