Don’t expect 3 star it’s normal hotel for short time

Location good, room size good

Room too hot, AC very small compared to room size. Receptionist not ready to solve or admit problem

good value for money

1. Location is good, not far from main attractions and central train station which was important for us, 2. air conditioning was efficient but you have to take remote control on reception desk. 3. two rooms are helpful 4. shower is good

1. it was a bit noisy but it's ok in general. 2. fridge works pretty bad and it did not work when you are not in the room.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got an early check-in! Great value for money!

Some bugs on the floor in the room and the room sometimes smelt of stale smoke.

The guy in the reception was very helpful.

The bed stuff weren't equipped appropriately. The water in the bathroom wasn't hot. The breakfast was very basic. It could be improved significantly with a better organisation and some more modern stuff.

Budget friendly hotel in central location

Very central location in Ulus, you can walk to most of the places and it is close to public transportation Price was very affordable The room was large Decent breakfast

Facilities are a bit run down, hotel needs renovation Staff/Customer service can be better Parking can be challenging if you have your own car

Good hotel very near to train station. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortablecroom.

First I got a room to a noisy street. I did not sleep in the night train so I asked to change for acquiet room. They did, and then I was maximally enjoying my stay.

This is not their fault, but one side of the hotel in to a very noisy street with some factory. The other side is OK. I would appreciate more English speakingvstaff. But it was fun even so.

Thé receptionist was very Nice anD spoke a good english. Thé Price was very good and thé hôtel is not toi far from thé train station, WE could go by feet

There was just a little problem with thé l'AMP in thé bathroom. It was Always flashing , it is a little bit ennoying

Passable

Beds were comfortable and I liked the price very much. I liked that they include breakfast with different types of vegetables. People at reception were very nice.

During our stay they did not cleaned the room at all. Shower drain was clogged and water did not go through properly. I wish they at least cleaned the bathroom while we were staying there.
