Wir haben uns bestens erholt.

Wer in der Nebensaison wirklich ausruhen will, ist dort genau richtig. 5 Minuten bis zum riesigen, sauberen und relativ leeren Strand - und gute Tavernas direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber (Mama Reas spricht auch deutsch) die uns am Flugplatz abgeholt und wieder hingebracht haben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt - auch der Wechsel der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher fand regelmäßig statt. Der Gastgeber vermietet auch Autos zu sehr fairen Bedingungen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Ein Auto sollte man dort haben - wenn man die Insel erkunden will.

Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein.

Secret Paradise

Not as much people as on other places. Huge CLIN SAND Beach just few min. Queen size and quality bed. Mini kitchen. Strong air-co. Quiet, Clin, Nice, Cosy apartment. Sweet host. Airport transfer. View. Near shop's, restaurant's, bar's.

We would love to stay longer 😉

Superb

Very good location close to the sea and miles of , nice sandy beach to enjoy! Olive groves to explore , rocks to climb... The air is magnificent! The view of the Greece mainland with it's snowy peaks is breathtaking! Local food and wine, olive oil- fantastic! Very friendly and helpful proprietors,lovely people!

Too far away from the town, restaurants and shops, and if you are not used to solitude you'd certainly need a car if you are going to stay there. We love driving and we did rent a car, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Everything was lovely. Mama Reas is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. We felt like we were part of the family. The accommodation is very close to the beach which is perfect (you have the perfect sand there, tavernas and everything you need). There is a small market nearby. The property ensures transport from and to the airport. For us this was the best choice we could have made in Corfu. 👍

Very hard to say something negative about this property. It is the perfect place for a vacation. We have stayed 10 days here and enjoyed every moment of it.

Extremely noisy and uncooperative host.

Tiny (like tiny tiny) sink in the tiny bathroom. Even washing the face becomes a challenge. The room was somehow smelly like an open drainpipe. We couldn't use the AC because we had to keep the window open for fresh air. There was permanent noise from an adjacent property and related to that very poor conflict handling by host. The host was not able to provide an alternative accommodation, so we finally had to find another apartment after three days. The host refuses to pay any compensation for the other eleven days of our booking and justifies the refusal with the statement "we are not rich".

So perfect everything: perfect little hotel near beach, flowers, many high quality tavernas, beautiful hood, relaxed and peaceful feeling, so very nice people and very, very nice mama :) We are 100% happy: dream holiday !

Nice relaxing trip to Gardenos Beach

Great location, 300m away from the beach, 4 tavernas nearby, a small shop also close to the beach. Mama Reas is one of the sweetest little old ladies I have ever met. Careful for the first time looking for the house, as there is a small road that leads up to the house and Google maps doesn’t have it shown.

Exceptional

Staying at Mamas Reas was one of the coziest in my travels. I felt welcome and appreciated. The lady running the hotel was... well, a real mama :) Warm, very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for people traveling with families and looking for a retreat into a quite, yet comfortable place.

Perfect calm place

We spent wonderful time. Traveling with 10month baby this place was awesome, and especially because of the owners. It located in great, calm and quiet part of Gardenos (close to a beach by walking distance and couple of minute's in a car to bigger shops) If you are looking for calm place to recharge batteries (we were here first weeks of May) this is a place to choose. The room had perfect balcony with a view. The owners are very friendly and are making sure every day that you have everything you need and if all is OK. Definitely will recommend, and looking forward to find time to come again

Aparment with authentic little greek town life vibe.

- The rooms were clean, was cleaned daily when I was away. - Apartment had enough amenities for basic stay. - The balcony view of the sea was amazing. - Mama Rea made very delicious food. - I've got offered airport shuttle and Island trip even off season. - The best way to get very unique and authentic little greek town life feel.

- Very remote location, do not recommend to book during off-season since not much things to do there. To get to the towns, you have to rent a car or scooter. Without it you will be stuck.

Beautiful stay!

Everything! The apartment was perfect for a couple with a little baby (almost 2 years). They provided us with all necessary for the baby and mama reas brought us often fresh fruits and eggs. The location is perfect for relaxing, the beach is beautiful and only 5 min by feet from the apartment. In the nearby there are many very good tavernas. Thank you Mamas Reas!

Exceptional

Absolutely loved the location, hosts showed the real Greek hospitality and I am very grateful for that. Overall, could not recommend this place more, especially, if you want to rest and have a great time I recommend you to come in October when the weather is still nice, the sea is warm and most tourists are already gone. Thank you for everything you have done for me, hopefully, see you soon x, Michael

Perfect place to run away from world and its problems.

First of all, Mama Rea is the kindest and selfless person we have met within years. Just imagine that you are visiting your grandma. She made a grill party one day and invited everyone to join. Everyone there is genuinely friendly and kind. Hotel is 3 minutes walking from the beach. Plenty restaurants/taverns around, little shop. Room is okay. Kitchenette has almost anything you need for a short stay. This is a perfect place to forget about your problems and simply enjoy yourself.

Wi-fi was not working for a few days. Little bit difficult to find the location, a sign on the main road would be lovely. Neighbor is playing loud radio music from 9-15 and 15-23, but you get used to it pretty fast.

Superb

Very nice owner , possibility to try local food. Close to the beach . Julia tavern on the beach with good food and prices. Clean room. Plus for moscitiera on the balcony entry. We went for Paxos and Antipaxos trip sold by owner - price for 4 persons : 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 2 years old - 90 EURs, - with pick up from the apartment - very nice trip.

Not sure, if the room we got was the one on photos we've reserved. In mobile application just one photo mirror with flowers - hard to compare. But the received one had all facilities as well - so no problem. Funny neighbor -music for free.
