Чудове місце. Привітний господар. В мене вийшла важка дорога, то я забронювала цей готель в останню мить. Господар почекав до 23:00 мене. Дякую. Чисто. Тихо. Зручні ліжка. Безкоштовна парковка. Залишуся ще на одну ніч)

The front lawn is beautiful, the beach is close and its a very good value. Also very quick response from the owners.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and had everything we needed .The communication with the host was great, he was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Kitchenette, flat screen tv with satellite, good wifi, owner speaks fluent English and meets guests

The windy stairs make heavy luggage challenging on upper floors, travelers should prepare accordingly

The contact with the owner was easy. The room was like photos depicted it.

The handshower was working badly. On a king size bed there were two mattresses which during the sleep were sliding into opposite directions what was creating a gap in the middle of the bed. On the photos of the place you can see an oven in the kitchen which is not present now.

Would recommend it for any length of stay.

Close to the lake. Nice, well-kept room and bathroom, comfortable bed (on the softer side). Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking is good, although fits only a limited number of cars. I also liked sleeping to the sound of the small pond in the garden, gives it a sort of zen-like vibe. Also has a clean, well-equipped kitchen.

Parts of the garden and the parking lot is covered with gravel, which can get noisy at night if many people are moving around, which happens in the summer. Lock on the door should be fixed - it was a bit tricky to get it to open and close. Fridge smelled funny.

nice clean comfortable room that is close to the lake and lots of different food options. Had a shared kitchen if you want to prepare any of your own food. Also an air conditioner

Very friendly host! Spoke very good english, so communication was easy! Very clean room and bathroom, little nice garden. Lake just a view minutes walking distance. Had a really pleasant stay.

Very clean, extremely friendly hosts, nice location close to the beach and facilities, restaurants and bars.

Can't fault it, we couldn't get the air con working but luckily it wasn't an overly hot night.

Great in summer I guess, but in May it is almost a ghost town like place.

Room was average, same the bathroom, plain but very clean. The house is 50m from Balaton lakeshore in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy to reach. Free parking place on the property.

Nobody there when we arrived, a big house with many doors, front door open but we did not enter as we did not know the check in procedure, no previous notice. A kind local helped us by contacting the host to a phone number we found. Air conditioning was set at 32, impossible to change, so we just opened the windows at night. Wifi signal of moderate quality. The house has a steep spiral staircase, beware if you carry big luggage to the second floor, no toiletries, only toilet paper. No facilities in the neighborhood, only a very small supermarket, all restaurants closed, probably the tourist season did not start yet when we visited (on May).Finally, after searching a lot, we found a restaurant on the main avenue. No one to ask for guidance.

Nice and relaxing.

Extremely nice owner helping with everything. We received a free upgrade. Great location, spacious and clean rooms. I definitely recommend this place.

I live in hungary since 2020 and the bed in this house is the most confortable one in the whole country. I enjoyed 😉
