Not good value for money. Please ensure you get correct room

Good breakfast

They seem to be overbooked & gave me a smaller room that needed fixing. I had paid for the bigger room

Very good

The location was nice.

They had a funny system of beds and they had a funny system for the restaurant unless you were with a lady they would not serve you alcohol.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

staff was decent

DIRTY. Unclean linen - with black spots, lipstick marks, food marks and even one blood stain. internet spotty at best. didn’t even have an iron when asked. this is not a hotel, just a shelter with 4 walls

location is good , away from the crowded places . in the Cantonment . Food is good . property is fairly clean

-poor service -Food takes more than an hour and half to come after order -restaurant staff barring one are grumpy - don’t seem to be liking the job !! -shower in the room hardly works - they forgot to add one meal to our bill and they deducted it from the restaurant staff ( who served us )salary and asked the staff to call us and ask us for the money . I called the manager and told him that this behaviour is unacceptable and asked him to send me an email with the bill and when I got the email I paid the hotel . Penalising the staff for their inefficiency reflects very poorly on the management ( when we signed the bill and the billl is computerised !! how they missed !!it cannot be fault of the staff !)

UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

We had booked Superior Delux Room but were given a smaller room and the staff misguided by saying that's the room we booked. But after a bit of argument they changed us to the actual room we booked. But during the checkout they charged us for the Superior Delux room for all the 3 nights we stayed. The staff was arrogant not to admit their mistake. Was expecting some courtesy in atleast charging us for the actual room rent for the first night stay, which was a smaller room. Nevertheless it was totally an unprofessional way of handling a customer. I had to show them the online pictures of the room I had booked to prove that they were not allowing me the right room. Pathetic Customer Centricity. Food - Not recommended at all..Better to eat outside....

Waste of money

There is a pathetic service from the hotel staff. Even they don’t know how talk to guest, every time they argued , not ready to listen our problem , very egotistical person. Don’t go here this is a totally waste of money.

There is nothing here to like once you had first and last Bad impression by the hotel staff.

Lobby, location of this hotel and breakfast .

Nothing else , this does not deserve to be called a four star property, AC is non functional, swimming pool is non functional.

Not good

breakfast was good but more options expected in menue

Room service starts at 8 AM you cant get even a cup of team in the morning. AC was getting frequently switched off off . No hot water to tab in the morning. matress was not godd resulted in lower back pain

room was clean. washroom was nice. good location ., peaceful atmosphere.

room service was not up ti the mark, no dental kit, no comb, no bathroom slippers were provided, 2 nd time wter was given in old water bottles filled with hotel ro water.

Excellent!

Great Hotel at great location! The food served was awesome. Overall a nice place to stay and relax be it with your friends and family. Anything need to improve! yes! There are only 1-2 persons serving breakfast and dinner and that was taking too much time. But, that's bearable as you have time to sit, relax and chat with your friends and families.
