In general, we liked everything in the hotel, from check-in to the end of our stay, we had absolutely no complaints. We were greeted with a smile and sent off with one. The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely kind.

The lady on the reception was very polite and went out of her way moving some scooters to make a parking spot for us. It was clean.
Parking seemed very hard in the whole town.

I really liked the cleaning, everything was extremely clean and renovated. I felt that I was the first guest in this room. Especially bathroom was new that is very important. Also the location is perfect, not on the Main Street where are many cars, but the next street, very close to the best cafe and restaurants. The hotel is very small with not many guests in April that made us feel private and comfy.
The internet connection was slow even for sending the pictures, I don’t mention even that it was impossible to make calls via Viber. Also we did not try even to watch videos on YouTube. I could not send short videos via messengers. Definitely they should improve Internet speed. Also even the hotel was empty in April, I have to mention that during midnight and at 1 a.m I was awaken because of noise from the loud conversation at the reception. someone (probably receptionist as she was the only person there) was talking very loudly with someone else. It happened twice in 6 days. I was too tired to get up and to come to reception to ask to lower the noise, even though our room was the last but still close to reception. I don’t know even how to sleep in case the hotel will be full of guests.

Hospitality.
Very clean room.
Even if you do not have parking in front of the hotel you will very quickly find a street next to,no more than 5 minutes walk.
Lady on desk is local. She knows everything about everything in that area. She deserves all the praise from us. We stayed for two weeks and had no negative experiences. A big hug and thank you Konaki from my little son and us.

Everything was excellent. Location in the center of the city with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was kind and friendly. The room was modern and clean with the balcony overlooking the sea and nearby island. I don't know why Hotel Konaki is ranked as 2 stars Hotel, it definitely deserves at least 1 star if not more.

The room was clean, fresh, roomy with a very nice bathroom. The location of the hotel was very good, close to the center of ouranoupolis. I was positively surprised by the hotel!
You could hear other hotel guests in the hallway a little bit, but it didn't bother us.

Friendly staff. Good location - close to the ferry.
The style was a bit Eurotrash.
One of the ACs was not working well.
The staff was friendly, but the receptionist was cheap - they gave us only 2 waters for 4 people and made a big deal when we asked for more.
