Buena estancia

Buen desayuno e instalaciones. Bien para un viaje corto. Habitación confortable.

El wc no funcionaba bien y fue necesario solicitar que lo revisaran. Sin embargo, llegaron pronto y se resolvió el problema.

Estancia bien … lineamientos del hotel no tanto !!

Muy buena la atención, y el servicio.

No me gustó que hay trabajadores tomando bebidas alcohólicas en el estacionamiento y con música alta, por otro lado no permiten fumar pero tomar si, es incoherente, deberían no permitir tomar bebidas alcohólicas también en las inmediaciones del hotel.

В целом неплохо, но ожидания были выше.

Месторасположение. Рядом плаза с кучей магазинов и ресторанов на любой вкус, Wallmart. Очень удобные кровати в номере. Понравилось, что есть кондиционер, кофеварка и фен.

Окна номера выходили на шоссе и окно было сломано (большая щель), из него дуло и было очень шумно. На устранение данной проблемы (просто замазать силиконом) ушло 2 дня, обращался 3 раза к персоналу, что меня не порадовало. Завтраки не очень, но это субъективно. В целом персонал доброжелательный.

Cumplan lo que ofrecen

Recomendaciones: 1) Coloquen una barra de recepción como cualquier hotel se ve imporvisado el lobby 2) La puerta del Lobby descompuesta. 3) Toallas muy viejas. 4) Prometieron transportacion Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto, no fue asi la camioneta esta sin asientos y descompuesta 5) El domingo salia mi vuelo temprano, en su carpeta de servicios de cada cuarto indica desayuno 7-8 de Lunes a Domingo, el Domingo a las 7:00 am me negaron el desayuno.

1) No cumplen....ofrecen transportacion Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto 2) Camioneta descompuesta 3) Niegan el desayuno a pesar de que ya esta y mi vuelo era temprano en Domingo. 4) Ofrecen café frio, la maquina de los cafes la bloquean. 5) Toallas muy muy viejas

Excelente estancia

Excelente servicio, personal amable, cama cómoda, estaba limpio y el desayuno súper bien además de tener cerca varias opciones de comida.

No tenemos quejas, solo nos hizo falta una toalla, pero nos atendieron pronto y nos la llevaron.

I would like to see a pool the next time we go!!!

The breakfast was excellent - surprisingly great. I thought it was going to be a cup of coffee and a donut. I was surprised. Actually, my family stayed there once before and convinced me to book it again. Yes, I would definitely stay there again.

The property is located across an outdoor mall.. to be honest, I had little trouble getting out of the parking lot. There is some series traffic on that street - and you must be careful when crossing the street.

The prices that I paid for two rooms were not worth it, one room was ready and my second room was ready 2 hours later,the TV in one of the rooms was bad .I tried calling the front desk, but they didn't answer the phone at all.i went to the front desk and told them about tv and to see if myy second room was ready and they just said, I willll send somebody to fix the TV which nobody show up and my other room they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes which became 2 hours. I have pictures of the TV and the white blanket had few black spots. So, as I went on with my day . I got to my room late and I couldn't open my room and I had to go down to the front desk to tell the guy that my key was not opening and this was at 2am .I went to the front desk the first thing the man asked me if I authorized somebody to come to my room because somebody was trying to get inside my room. I told him NO, and they ii told him I did sign a waiver not to give anybody my information, so why is this going on .he told me he didn't gave the person access to my room so I told him to go with me up to the room so we can see if the key was going to work and if something was missing in my room so he can be present. We went up to the room, and the key work and nothing was missing, but after the black part, where you put the key to open it, it fell off, and I told him I think somebody was trying to get in my room and he said the black piece where you tap the key they fall off but to put the chain inside to lock my room so I can feel safe..I WILL NEVER WILL STAY THERE plus the price I pay is not worth it .

It was in a good area but it was dirty the room so dirty the beds are dirty and I told them and they did nothing about

I told him that the sheets were dirty and they never came in and change them so I left
