Boutique Hotel Phoenix nudi izvrsnu lokaciju, samo tri minute hoda od crkve, što ga čini idealnim za posjetitelje Međugorja. Hotel također posjeduje vlastiti parking, što je velika prednost za one koji dolaze automobilom. Ovaj hotel se ističe ne samo svojom praktičnom lokacijom i odličnim sadržajima, već i izvanrednom uslugom i gostoprimstvom, čineći ga savršenim izborom za sve tražitelje mira i udobnosti.

Hotel Phoenix is more than just a place to stay!

My recent stay at Hotel Phoenix was a truly delightful experience. First and foremost, I must mention the incredible artwork that adorns the walls of this charming hotel. It's like living in a small, elegant art gallery, and I was constantly discovering new details. Now, let's talk about breakfast. It was a daily treat that I eagerly anticipated. The locally sourced ingredients added an authentic flavor that I found truly satisfying. But what made my stay truly exceptional was the warmth of the staff. They treated me with such care and attention, making me feel like a cherished guest. And during my visit, I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful Kravice Waterfall nearby, which was a highlight of my trip. Hotel Phoenix is more than just a place to stay; it's an immersive experience that combines art, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I can't wait to return and explore more of the wonders this place has to offer!

Exceptional

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Phoenix recently, and we were really impressed. The breakfast was superb - the quality and variety of the food was remarkable, and we were under impression it was all locally and organically grown. The service was also top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and accommodating. But what really made our stay memorable was our host, Mark. Although he is the manager of the hotel, he really went out of his way to ensure our comfort. His communication skills are excellent, and he made us feel like valued guests. What sets Hotel Phoenix apart is its unique blend of comfort and warmth. It doesn't feel like typical hotel, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our trip. A big thank you to Mark and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Wonderful

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Phoenix that I couldn't wait to share my experience. First and foremost, I have to commend the breakfast - it was absolutely divine. I haven't had a better breakfast anywhere else, seriously! The variety and the freshness of the food were top-notch. The service at this hotel is simply fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. But what really stood out for me was our host, Jasna. She's not your typical hotel manager; she's more like a caring friend. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always there to assist us. Her communication skills are superb, and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. What I truly appreciate about Hotel Phoenix is that it's not your run-of-the-mill hotel. It's more like a family-run oasis that caters to your every need. It's evident that they put the guest at the center of everything they do. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my trip. Kudos to the entire team, especially Jasna!

Superb place for a short stay, just eat breakfast in town ;)

Apartments are brand new and clean, room is spacious and you get all appliances needed. They let us (me and my two mid size dogs) without any problems. The host was very attentive and friendly.

Breakfast was a joke. A good example of how a nice 10* rated stay can be ruined. There were 6 people me including at the dining and we had to share a small plate of scrambled eggs, few peaces of ham and cheese and bread. For way less than 10e you can get amazing breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and fresh bakery in town.

Wonderful stay in Medjugorje

We had a wonderful stay at the boutique aparthotel in Medjugorje. The small clean room we booked was perfect for our needs. The owner and his family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even went the extra mile by allowing us to charge our electric car. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Like one of the family at Phoenix!

The host was a very kind lady who spoke lots of languages including German and English. She was very attentive, kind and thoughtful and really made me feel at home. She did a great job in catering for my diety needs (gluten). Nothing was too much trouble for her. My room was simple and comfortable, just how I like it.

Well, no complaints really - if I had to say something, the pillow was too big for me. A tiny detail in a lovely 2 week stay.

Amazing from start to finish

Me and my friends have been travelling to medjugorje for over 15/20 years between us and we must all say that this is the best place we have ever stayed. The owner and he family went above and beyond and completely looked after us. The good was absolutely fantastic and sladana was so observent of everyone's needs and she would notice the smaller things like if you didn't like a certain food and she would always ensure she prepared something else instead. I couldn't rate this place enough absolute 5 star. The rooms were lovely and clean and its very close to St James Church. You couldn't ask for more for your pilgrimage stay. I will stay at this pansion every time I visit and recommend everyone else to do the same :)
