Perfect stay in wonderful hotel, we will be back!

This is a gem of a hotel. Really lovely staff, fabulous breakfast and great deck and pool area. We will definitely be back.

Trendy hotel, oase van rust nabij het levendige Lavandou.

Oase van rust aan het mooie zwembad met prachtig bohemian terras, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met veel biologische producten, zeer vriendelijk personeel en vlakbij plage Jean Blanc (azuur blauwe zee met wit zandstrandje). In het centrum van Lavandou is er veel keuze in gezellige restaurantjes.

De kamer mocht net iets groter zijn. Geen lunch mogelijk in het hotel.

J’ai vraiment tout apprécié, et je re mercy toute l’équipe fort aimable et serviable.

C’est bien simple, j’ai tout aimé ! L’hôtel, le personnel, la déco, le confort, les services offerts, et la terrasse-piscine-bar. Au top !

la facilité de parking

l'aspect de l'hotel, on aurait dit un deux étoiles. La réception ferme à 20 H , jamais vu dans un 4 etoiles. la disposition de la chambre.

Great amenities and decor + very close to the beach!

Probably one of the best pools we’ve ever been in! Small, but modern, very clean and fancy toiletries. They even give you flip flops instead of the traditional slippers which was a good idea for a hotel called ‘The Pool’.

For the price tag, you’d expect to be able to control the temperature of your air conditioning but it’s set to override so the minimum is 24 degrees. Not very comfortable in a heatwave! The breakfast was underwhelming, maybe a bit warm to leave it outside for the morning in the summer.

Nice, modern and comfortable hotel.

Modern and well maintained. Excellent outdoor pool/restaurant/bar area. Staff very attentive.

Tress around pool could do with trimming to all more sunlight around pool. WiFi ok in rooms but not so around pool and bar.

Clean and well-decorated rooms make for a comfortable stay.

We just had a very short stay here. Got in late and left first thing in the morning. But our room was quite clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked very nice!

The room was quite small, which was ok for us for one night, but would have been difficult had we stayed longer. It is clearly an older building that has been very nicely redone, but the elevator is a bit odd. You have to go through the lobby, out towards the pool, and enter the elevator from the outside. Not a big thing, but unexpected.

The garden is amazing, very big, but cozy...unfortunately the pool was cold, should be good in summer... The location is also ok, quiet and near everywhere, beach on the other side of the road...

The rooms and bathrooms very small...but very clean The restaurant has a small menu and not cheap either

Nice hotel near the beach with a pretty pool area.

The pool area is very nice, staff is friendly and very close to a nice beach.

Though the hotel is nice, I expected more for the price. Rooms were fine and clean.

Great friendly hotel close to the beach. Superb facilities.

Lovely hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. 3 min walk to the beach (with bunch of restaurants). Great pool area where you can spend hours just sipping cocktails. Bar staff were great! In the evening the area is turned into a very nice restaurant that we dined at three times. The rooms and the facilities are up-to-date and clean. Location of the hotel is also super good, not in a busy area yet close to the beach. I'd say a little hidden gem.

Not much that I did not like. The only thing is that the rooms were not very large.

Pretty rooms, really nice staff, great dinner and amazing atmosphere around the pool!

The rooms were a bit small and there was no night stand next to the bed, this could be a little improvement :)

Exceptional

I liked everything about the property- stunning pool, great vibe, excellent service at front desk, room and pool. I especially liked the hidden corners in the garden near pool with lounge beds in the shade and calm.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome from the first step through the front door. Beautiful pool area. Dinner poolside was outstanding.If you plan to be anywhere near Le Lavandou stay here. You won't be disappointed

Visited at start of season so quiet and we were spoilt and made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Good vibes in bar , freshly renovated , great heated pool , given secure packing for car and our bikes.

A charming hotel with an exquisite tropical garden close to the beach

Excellent location, 100 m from the beach (2 restaurants right on the beach...do not belong to the hotel) Exquisite tropical garden surrounding a good size pool. Lounges in the garden to relax in the shade of the palm trees. Easy parking in front although I took the secure hotel parking. Nice and clean room on the ground floor with a lovely terrace sheltered from the neighbors. Superb bathroom. The staff was exceptional, smiling, helpful and very professional. Special note to to the receptionist and the person at the swimming pool bar.

Good

Good breakfast with options. Good location and a beautiful lay-out outside with a lot of exotic greenery. Good restaurant. We had a spacious room due to an upgrade which we really appreciated! We also appreciated the front desk assistant Benjamin for hosting us when we arrived!

The coffee but that is just our taste since we are a bit critical on this.

Great value, location and services.

Food was delicious especially with the chef! (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there) and the pool area is excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated, not very big but perfectly fine for us. Perfect location just back from the beach (there's an underpass so you don't cross the busy road). Would have loved to stay longer, we will be back.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, good location near the beach, friendly staff.

Enjoyed the pool area, water temperature perfect, sunbeds very comfortable and good bar service. The sunbeds were very close together which made social distancing very difficult. We were surprised that during COVID 19 non - residents could pay to spend the day at the pool. One afternoon the pool area was very crowded, with only 2 or 3 sunbeds available and social distancing was not possible. We decided not to stay, which was a little disappointing. The buffet breakfast was varied and of a good standard. Not all staff were wearing masks, and many who were, didn't have them covering their nose.

We were shocked on the day of our arrival to find security guards on the gate. There was an event by the pool with a live DJ and a very large number of people in attendance. It was impossible to socially distance and we felt very uncomfortable and were unable to use the pool or to have a drink at the bar. We asked a member of staff for a drink from the bar and they got one for us. We couldn't believe that this was happening during COVID 19. We visited a number of hotels on our two week trip and this was the only one where we had such an experience. Didn't appreciate having to pay extra for Nespresso pods after we used the 4 that were in our room on arrival.
