Great service / Accommodation: Room for improvement.

I like the location. I like the staff. I like the setting of the room. The room is large and spacious with a desk and coffee table There were no disturbances and we were accommodated with kindness at 23:00 upon arrival. The wi-fi pin was not written of posted in the room.

The cupboards and cutlery were dirty. The surfaces were sticky (dust-like sticky). There was only two coffee sachets - Pta is cold and we arrived late, so we had to go out early to buy coffee at a shop. The fridge had not been cleaned inside. I could not hang my towel or place my bath soap on a holder in the shower.

Decent value and safe, tho a little tired.

Extremely welcoming and efficient staff; very quiet and safe location; lovely garden; great value for Pretoria.

The place needs a facelift. Things are a little old and rickety, tho for the price it's good value. There is plenty of HOT water, but the shower is very finnecky. Location is quiet and safe, but very inconvenient if you don't have your own vehicle.

The lady at the reception area is so helpful, she went beyond expectations, she requested uber for us and showed us shopping center where we can get what we wanted, keep up the good work sister you were so friendly to us, we didn't feel as strangers,. Thank you so much sister keep up

Room6 bed is to old😏.. no dustbin in a room.. 😏😏the noise😏😏from the back of the room for sure it your staff..

my stay was pleasant and I would book again but the small issues need to be taken care of.

I like that the property is secure and quiet and in a quiet area. They secured the booking without any hassles and the prices are very reasonable. The room is to a good standard and always clean.

Communication from staff should improve e.g., they should explain where the facilities are like washing machines and lines are and where to buy necessities if needed in case you are not from around. The staff should also show care when there is a water outage before they are being approached by the tenants. There should be readily available backup for water. They should provide plates since it's a self-catering property. There are no plates in their apartments for the customers who want to eat indoors.

Staff was very frinedly, welcoming and helpful.

Shower curtain does not seem to have been changed and washed for years. Showerdrain and wash basin drain too slow. I washed in the basin Noisy in the early hours of the morning 2h00 There were croaches Wifi link did not work

The room was cold.

It was affordable

There was no electricity and the room was very cold. There was air coming in from the bottom of the doors and the bathroom window. I got a cold from that night
