Exceptional

The property was very spacious, well equipped and was in a good quiet location.

Lift only went to floor 6 but the accommodation was floor 7 so had to take the stairs.

Very good

location was great. view was very good there was a park nearby and you can reach out to center after a short nice walk

1st night the apartment was very good, the owner said the central heating was shut off so there was no way to heat the apartment, I woke up trembling in the middle of the night. 2nd day the owner said we could use the AC then we could heat up the apartment. not sure why AC was not available on the first night you go up with the elevator and you need to climb another floor to reach to the apartment

Perfect Stay

The 2 bedroom Apartment is beautiful, with everything you need when away from home. The location is perfect, in the historical area within walking distance to all main attractions, Piazza Grande & Ferrari Modena and fabulous restaurants close by. It's a 9 min walk to the train station. It also has a lift which is very handy with the luggage since you are on the top floor with great views from the lounge and bedrooms. The owner Paolo very helpful and accommodating, greeted me at the train station as I was on my own and showed me around the apartment.

Amazing home in a fantastic location!

Amazing place, really comfortable and large accomodation in a great location close to all attractions. The host was great and check-in was easy, I hope to stay again soon!

Exceptional

Perfect apartment located in an excellent proximity to the historic city center of Modena. You can get to the main piazza's for aperitivi and food in less than 5 mins walking time. Apartment has everything one would need on their travels, from ironing board to washing machine to air conditioning to cooking utensils. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and comfy bed + roomy bathroom. Netflix enabled TV as well, with terrific wifi connection! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city of Modena.

Great location and comfortable apartment but small improvements would make it a perfect stay.

Within walking distance to the train station and very close to the centre of town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The person who checked us in was helpful and responsive when required.

The noise from the elevator was very loud and disturbing. There were no bedside tables. The use of a dishwasher was good to have but it would also have been good to have a kitchen towel supplied for the times you need to dry cups and plates etc.

A gem in the middle of city center

The location was great. Right near piazza Roma but off the street so noise was not a problem. The place was perfect for family of 3 (or more). Nice space throughout and I especially liked the split air conditioner so we didn’t have to cool the whole place when we were using only a portion. Enrico is darling. He found out our interests and made some great recommendations. He answered any and all questions quickly.

We managed to blow a fuse and someone had to come show us where the switch was located. I felt horrible having him come out in the evening. It’s a simple switch but located out of the apartment. Perhaps a picture of which box and where it is would be helpful. It really wasn’t a problem for us, just might help Enrico if it happens again.
