I enjoyed the staff. They were very pleasant and accommodating
Everything was perfect.

Very big apartment with 3 bathrooms. Seaside and a refreshing place.
Wifi was very slow.

What I like the most is the free use of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with LPG and has a lavatory. It also has utensils. Their staff is very approachable. We will definitely visit this again.
The signal. The area is very difficult for a network signal. The wifi when inside the room is weak.

The rooms are very comfy and the owner was very helpful in our sitatuation. The owner even gave us a refund for 1 room. The staffs are very accomodating. There are a little opportunity with communicating each other.
The place looks fine. But a bit far from Mambajao which is the center. I think better if they are also serving foods since the ppace is a bit far from market or establishments

Our stay at Seaside Traveler's Inn was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff. Their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The caretaker was equally wonderful, always available to assist us and ensure that our experience was nothing short of awesome.
One of the standout features of our stay was the cleanliness and impeccable maintenance of the place. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into keeping the inn in top-notch condition.
If we could, we'd give them 100 stars for their exceptional service and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend Seaside Traveler's Inn to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay. It's a gem of a place, and we can't wait to return!

Rooms we booked were too small but they changed us to another room which we fitted in but then they charged us more even though the room was cheaper than what we already paid??
We couldn't use the pool at anytime. It was either empty or being filled. Very disappointing!

location was good as it was at the main road and close to the tourist attractions of the island. Place was clean and family friendly. The unit we rented included a stove and refrigerator so we were able to prepare meals for ourselves. Staff and owners were very accommodating and friendly.
WIFI connection was slow. although this is very common in the island. mobile dead spots in the area so connectivity might be a problem. I also wished that there was better access to the beach area.

Free kayak
One staff helped us when our vehicle broke down
Air condition
Wifi
Dirty pool. Saw some tiny worms floating on the surface. Initially, staff says “we cleaned it this morning so we’ll clean it tomorrow.” Then they said, “it was a bonus” to be able to use the pool as it was not part of staying at the resort.
I rented 6 units altogether from June 12-16 I thought they would at least clean the pool as the beach was too rocky and not safe for kids. They finally cleaned it on the 3rd day of our stay.
Noisy neighbors (ie woman next to my room was singing late into the night)
People smoked in their rooms so that smoke wafted into the hallway to my room
Fridge did not work in the villa

Their staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The place near the tourist spots. Highly recommended.

Quiet, peaceful surrounding. Excellent facilities.

free kayaks
One male staff was very nice. He helped us with our vehicle issue
Slimy and dirty pool
Sharp rock beach
One staff was not friendly at all
I would not stay here by myself
No rules on noise regulation. Someone was singing at 1100 pm. I was scared to tell other guests to respect peace and quiet after 11PM.
No rules on smoking policy. Hallway reeked with smoke.
5.0 / 10.0
1.)Free Kayak
2.)Two staff (male & female) were friendly. One tall skinny older lady was not friendly at all.
3.) Our truck broke down so the big guy jump started the battery
4.) I liked the place for my big family group (29 persons including an 11-month old baby). However, I realize that property has nothing to do with getting on the ferry etc. But before you book a trip to Camiguin for a large group like I did, research first. The port entry was hell. The port people are not welcoming at all!! It’s like they don’t want you to visit Camiguin. I would not travel to Camiguin with a large group again.
1.)I realize that getting to Camiguin has nothing to do with property but getting on the ferry for a large group was hell!! The port personnel had different “ferry fares”. Then the QR code issue. They are so “strict” about antigen testing for those unvaccinated yet their ferry was so dirty! It’s unbelievable!! I have never experienced such an unwelcoming/u friendly entry into a place.
2.) Pool was slimy and dirty the first 2 days. I requested a few times before someone cleaned it. Initially, I was told that it was cleaned EVERYDAY and I did not argue even though I could tell it was not cleaned. Then, I was told it was a “free” bargain or something even though it was advertised that there’s a pool on the property. I mentioned that I booked the place on the premise that there’s a pool to “compensate” for the rocky beach as I have small nieces and nephews who love to swim. It was only cleaned after I mentioned that I will be leaving a big review of the place.
3.) The bottom half of the fridge in the Bungalow did not work
4.) My double room had ants
5.) The people next to my room smoked so the hallway smelled like an ashtray when I got out. I told the female caretaker about it
6.) There is no “noise” policy so that people next door would bang their door regardless of the time. They sang well after 2300 hours. I could not do anything because there was no staff. Plus, I feared to approach the people to keep quiet
7.) I paid the proper amount and although I did not expect much, I expected that all the toilets would work. The 2 toilets in the Bungalow did not flush. My room did not have a toilet cover. The travel there was so stressful that I just wanted to relax. Alas, the whole ferry , toilet issues, and pool experience outweighs the good.
8.) I did not want to complain because I knew the staff won’t be able to handle it. And I did not want to get stressed while there. I’m just thankful that they let me use the kayaks for free. This appeased my feelings a little bit...

We enjoyed our stay here. Just to add little things such as emergency lights/torches when there’s an unexpected blocked out.

Friendly host and everything really clean.
Wifi wasn't working, nothing around, no water in the pool, not a place to really spend a day. No restaurants around that are open after 8 pm. Far away from everything else.

The only good thing is the honesty of the owner that allows us to cancel the stay at no charge.
We were looking for a quiet and remote place, far from a tourist area full of restaurants, but... this was too much.
There is nothing there, just your room and maybe some local people walking around, but at night is dark and nothing to go to eat or to do. You will need to rent a bike because it is far away from every beach or interesting place, it is only closer (compared to other hostels) to the Clam Sanctuary and Moro Tower.
To make it worse, the experience to stay meters away from the beach is destroyed by the people working on a new swimming pool.
Still, we decided to stay there UNTIL we received our first breakfast (included in the price), which was just an egg, sliced bread and tuna bread.
The manager tried to make excuses but it was too much.
