The only thing we liked was the service provided by the girl at the reception that tried to help us with our issue Margarida if I am not mistaken. The swimming pool is not heated but is ok.

We had a very unpleasant stay to be honest we were supposed to have breakfast and dinner included but when on the arrival day when we went down for dinner the food was worse than what I used to eat at the school and very limited your choices we had to go find dinner elsewhere. We requested a refund for the breakfast and dinner as we could not trust the food in that place and we were robbed as they first tried only to offer a refund of 30eur for both nights when they had to refund us 90eur, after a lot of hassle we could only agree on a 75eur refund as they could not understand simple math.

The location, the team, the leisure area and the balcony

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation and some repairs. There needs to be more attention to the corridor. The breakfast area is poorly distributed.

Dissatisfied

I was very disappointed as check in was at 4 pm therefore we were in queue for nearly another hour, by the time we got room was nearly 6pm & worst of all there was no parking on site or even paying & my husband was furious about the parking situation, will not go again

Lovely facilities but cleanliness questionable

The facilities were great and friendly staff

Ants, ants everywhere! We know it’s hot but it shouldn’t be hard to insulate the rooms. We moved 3 times during our stay and in each room there was an ant infestation to the point I was scared to put my shoes on every morning. The staff offered me some ant spray but this would have just created a stale air to then sleep in. This was the worst part of our stay

The whole feel of the place, and it's huge. I didn't realize the spa center was part of the price, two jacuzzi, one sauna and a steam room (the stream room ceiling tiles were partially hanging off that was quite worrying,but fab besides this) staff he was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and pretty good, I asked if they had bananas as they put oranges out and he got me one, just can't fault it, the pool is open 24 hours but not heated BUT HUGE , lovely stay

Nice weather, nice break which was needed.

Friendly helpful staff, the housekeeping was good too.

The food wasn’t good and very repetitive, not a lot of variety. The steam room looked better on the pictures when i reviewed it, but it wasn’t clean and wasn’t worth using which was a letdown.

Really enjoyed my 3 nights. The staff made almost feel ‘home from home despite it being a relatively large hotel’

Was a bit apprehensive because of low price. Room was big and roomy with a walk in shower. Very friendly staff from the cleaners, to check in and bar staff

Had no hot water after the beach, when I went after taking a cold shower, all they had to answer is that I was the only person complaining . Did not help at all. Staff should learn to be more helpful and courteous.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel and the price was a bit higher

The room was clean every day and the bathroom's shower is magnificent. The location is suburb, 2 minutes from beach and 1 minute from main restaurants

The pillow was too soft and the hotel don't have others. The room is not isolated and you ear the street and the other rooms. The breakfast was a bit poor, but is enough for a good meal.
