Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent location in the centre of town. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Lovely place to stay.
Nothing, it was super.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, right in the centre, amazing breakfast, great staff.

The hotel is charming and perfectly located. The receptionist was very helpful. We had access to the parking very easily.
The breakfast was very basic. More fruits and good coffee would have been welcome.

The location is very convenient. The restaurant is very good and our room was spacious and confortable. Staff was extremely nice.
The street can be a bit noisy in the evening so if was hard to fall asleep with open window.

The hotel is located in a beautiful house in the center of the village. The room was big and bright and cozy. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very nice surroundings.

Short of words, what a lovely old-world chalet hotel with some amazing team members. Location Location Location and Brilliant Italian and local food within the property. Ms. ROMANA & her team play the perfect kind of hosts one would expect to find on a vacation. Already dreaming of returning soon in the near future.

The reception upon arriving, the attention to details such as a loaf of warm bread on each breakfast table. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Room was spacious and comfortable, clean, roomy shower. One of my best stays.

We had a very comfortable and spacious family room which was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent and we ate there on both nights . Allocated parking was in a secure underground carpark. The manageress was very helpful . A very nice hotel indeed

Hotel was amazing and staff was super kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very delicious. Great addition to the hotel is the pizzeria which offers one of the best pizza in the area. Not to mention that you’re in the city centre of Kranjska Gora.
Everything was amazing

The pizza dough sticks. Delicious. I appreciated the vegan breakfast option. The cleaning lady and the kitchen staff were nice.
Majority of things. The mediocrity and the price on top cannot sell the experience to me. It is saddening to say so. And all the prices one after another stacking on top of each other. Why was the garage priced at 10 euros? If you had a bidet, you would have exceeded my expectations.

The freshly home baked bread was amazing, and the breakfast was nice (they also had good gluten free alternatives)

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room very clean and tidy, tasty breakfast. Totally worth recommending!

Centrally located hotel room was very comfortable, breakfast was good although the coffee was very average! Staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached has good food
Its a little noisy at the front of the hotel where our room was located from the restaurant and no air con so windows had to be closed which made the room warm.

The room was extremely nice, and the location was prima. The bathroom had very high standard, and felt luxurious.
Dinner:
We love tasting different wine, and have this as a hobby. It was something wrong with the white wine we got served at dinner. It’s difficult to tell when a wine does not taste right if it’s subtle. The tasting notes online did not match what we tasted. The wine (Movia Chardonnay) had a slight sour smell, and it had a uniform sour taste with no complexity. The waiter insisted that it tasted as it should, and did not want to return it as we had already tasted and sent back a different wine (he told us that this was no problem). We ordered a new bottle (a lovely wine) which arrived at our table at the end of our meal. We ended up paying for the bad bottle even though we didn’t drink anything of it.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. A lot of different products and choices, but all of them seemed a bit cheap. The coffee from the coffee machine tasted bad, and the scrambled eggs was not fresh. The cheese and sausages was not the best standard and it was difficult to cut them on the little serving board. The loaf of bread on the table was a nice touch. The breakfast has a low quality feel as a whole and is 95% pre-made the day before and consists of products that cost 1-5€ on Mercator.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, starting from the owner of the hotel. They really tried (and succeeded) to answer all our questions or fulfil any additional small requests. All recommendations for this hotel! Will definitely visit it again.
Wifi connection interrupted in some corners of the room from time to time.

The hotel was very clean, rich breakfast, front desk very helpful and kind. The location ideal to go skiing an also near restaurants. We had a great stay. Hopefully we will be back!

Great location, parking fairly simple especially im winter a garage is great.
very friendly staff, great advice regarding various aspects of our stay. really good size room, and really warm.
There is a really bad smell in tha bathroom (sewage?)
Also, would be great to have another plug by the bed and a kettle in the room (although staff offered to bring us room
service if we needed anything)

it is so clean, the employees are so friendly and helpful. the hotel is in the center. the dinner was excellent
the only unsatisfying thing is breakfast. most of goods were confectionery. they have a good restaurant, we were expecting more home made products.

Lenka on reception really helped us out when my wife thought she had broke her arm
food for Gluten free wasn't suitable
