Service in general, front desk and guest relations and entertainment team were very good.
Food selection. While trying to cater for a variety of cultures, it was no better than average, tasteless (I sampled everything on offer!).
The 'reserved' restaurant was no better.
At any given time, 2 or 3 of the drinks/coffee vending machines were out of service. Most of the time, I had to request cups or glasses or crockery - staff were not pro-active. I am an early riser, so no excuses here! For the rest, a mundane inclusive offer. The resort may meet the Hotel Association's requirements for 5 stars, but no way is worth more than 2 or 3 stars at a push. Want a true 5 star experience - stay at the Polat Renaissance Hotel in Istanbul!

Beautiful location and some of the facilities.
Plenty of food on offer but cold!

The hotel was great. Our room was spacious, clean and good location.
I was disappointed for All Inclusive deal as you have to pay for the water and juice.
The food was disappointing.
The service was disappointing.

The room was nice and clean. Spacious room.
The Lobby smells nice when you enter.
This all inclusive we paid is not true. As we have to pay for the water and soft drinks. Food was poor. There is no hot chocolate offered for children which is disappointing. We have requested for an iron, toothpaste, bathrobe but they said they don't have it.

nothing. literally nothing.
everything. scam. not a 5 star hotel. it’s half a star.
3.3
the layout and its decorations
appearance of the hotel is great
and good location
the taste of the food , t staff were rude , toilets were mostly not cleaned and smelly , limited sun beds , had to pay to use the safe

Staff is excellent but facilities are very dated and it shows. I would rate this a 3 star facility not 5 star for sure.

The sea was beautiful but, unfortunately, the beach was too narrow. The hotel was big, bright and spacious. The personnel was friendly and helpful with one or two exceptions. Our room was reasonably big, clean and comfortable, but I imagine the cleaning staff was a bit overwhelmed since the daily cleaning service came always pretty late in the afternoon. The beds were a bit too hard, which I didn't mind but my daughter complained about. The food was good but could be better at a 5-star hotel.
Value for money: All things considered, I thought 300 Euros per night was a little too high.

beach
reception providing information about hotel facilities was limited

ALL WENT WELL

I liked the location; beautiful views and nice beach. Clean beach and sea.
The hotel was clean.
The bar staff were efficient. It was easy to get to Ephesus.
The food was very disappointing. Poor service; very crowded buffet with not nearly enough staff to serve (covid, all screened off) and limited choice of food (a bit like school lunches 😱); and at times so busy the queues were long and when you got to the front they’d run out! No other dining available except a late-night “cafe” which was even worse. Lockdown meant no escape to the town either. The front desk staff were also poorly trained and our room was not as described - when we complained we were told the manager would arrange a new room the next day (we arrived at 9.30pm so they said all the managers were at home and they couldn’t help us!) but they never did.
The lifts were very old and slow and there were long waits for them at busy times.

We had a lovely vacation here. The resort is really nice with small but nice own beach and lovely little park just next to the hotel. It was clean and all covid measures were in place.
Most of the staff don't speak English at all, especially in the restaurant.
The soft drinks and cocktails are with bad quality. Food is good but no any variety of fruits.
The senior guy on the reception can be a bit more polite while welcoming the guests in the hotel.
Presenting the resort and giving us some information for the facilities and our stay in general would have been much appreciated.

Good facilities for children and very friendly staff.

Everything, the design of the hotel, the staff, the service the beach and definitely THE FOOD !
Eat - Drink - Have fun - Sleep - Repeat
Honestly for me nothing went wrong.

It has a nice beach and the only thing that I liked was the sea view in my room.
My stay in this resort was a nightmare. I have realized that I have done a great mistake by my non refundable booking since the first moments of my check in . The man in the reception is completely unprofessional with poor english . It takes us two hours to get to our room . I booked a sea view room and although I requested higher floors, he pretended that no available rooms and gave us a one in the first floor with a far away view of the sea. I insisted to change the room and finally I got a good view in the fourth floor . It was my first time to receive only one key for the room !! all hotels usually give two keys!
At that moment I was shocked with the room which was far below the level of being a five stars hotel . The sheets of the beds were old with no duvet, there were only poor blankets. I called the room service many times so as to get duvets because my daughters are not tolerating the cold but no one did solve the problem. The bathroom was very small not more than three metres.
If you want to use the safety box you have to pay about 2€ / day.
The food was repetitive with limited variety . I didn’t like it at all. The snacks was another issue, you have to wait about 15 minutes in a que to get your burger which is not tasty at all.
The swimming pools were good but no life guards at any although most of them are deep for children.
I was in another resort in Kusadasi for seven days before coming to Tusan .It was really a five star resort, so the gap between the two was really prominent for me although they are almost same price.
However It is my first and last time in this resort . It is not even a three star resort and doesn’t worth money.
