Absolutely amazing staff! From the reception ladies to the dining staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome and were just incredibly lovely.
The food was amazing and the idea of a buffet where the cooks serve you is absolutely brilliant!
The rooms are comfortable and sound proof, so despite some rowdier guests, we heard nothing! Atmosphere in the evenings in the garden and the birthday balloons and genuine wishes from everyone just made it all the more special!

Staff was friendly and upgraded my room.
The spa, sauna , jacuzzi and all the facilities should be free for people who stay in the hotel.
I was shocked when they said its 25 euro for 2 hours per person.

Breakfast was served buffee so it was quite unpleassntly you were not able to take everything on one plate in complacently amount. Drinks served in 1 dcl.

Had a really great time at Perla Verde. Very good location, good restaurants and other establishments in the neighbourhood. Our room had a view of the sea, the beach was only 100m. We did not use the beach chairs so can't comment. We did use the bikes which were fun to ride in the evening when the temperature was down a little. Parking is possible on the street but we booked a parking space which was convenient. Lots of breakfast options fresh food and live prepared omelettes or pancakes. The pool was very welcome with the hot weather, it's a decent pool on the roof with great views. Also the beach towels and bags we got were nice (got to keep the bags).
The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was how breakfast was distributed. No buffet, everything had to be asked so if there was only 1 person attending and more customers there was a bit of a line, they did allocate more personnel quickly but having to wait was a regular occurence and there was no clear order so sometimes new people jumped in front of people that were already waiting. Nothing really extreme but the concept does not invite trying everything as you have to wait and ask for it so most of the time you just don't bother. The only thing that was free to take was the coffee but it was also the thing that was really not good, it was just re-heated coffee in a large pot, one time when it was empty they re-filled it with something ice-cold from the kitchen, we had to wait for the thing to heat up, there was no indicator so after about 3 tries and not getting anything even tepid warm we just had our coffee in a nearby café.

The hotel is very convenient to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable although small. And mirrors everwhere.
The hotel food was not great. We had dinner in the hotel one night when it was raining - options were very limited and overall not great. For breakfast, you had to be served everything. I assume this was put in place as a COVID protocol but I think most things could have been set out as self serve. Definitely better to eat out here and there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby.
I upgraded to a room with a balcony. The balcony was only useful for drying our bathing suits - it was tiny and had only one chair for a double room. So, not worth it.

Loved the rooftop pool, it was also a minute walk to the beach.
I think it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that did NOT provide guests with a complementry bottle of water in their room upon arrival.
The lack of information from staff members...even after I asked, asked numerours staff members. Staff seemed to be uninformed which lead to me beng charged with a €80 dry cleaning bill even do I asked for laundry wash service only. And to be told at the end of my stay that service was not available (only dry cleaning service) not good enough considering I asked severl staff members....and a joke considering there is a launderette next door to the hotel.
I do not know why my passport was kept behind reception during my stay even after I asked for it back, I had never experienced this before, additionaly I had prepaid for my stay so I just do not understand why my document could not be returned to me afer check in.

Due to sudden emergency we needed to leave much earlier. Staff at the reception was very friendly and understanding and helped to change our booking so we don’t loose the entire amount paid. Thank you!

Nothing except for the Bar Staff
Following my wife and I checking in at the hotel (ca. 1930 at room 322) my wife we enjoyed a drink at the hotel terrace. Before leaving for dinner my wife went to our room to refresh. In the room she found dirty rags, and in the shower in bathroom she found mold. The was covering the whole surface of the grout liners between shower bath and tiles and in the corners of the shower. Pictures are included below. She reported this to the front desk where she was informed by the hotel team that the room can be changed, but only if we pay an additional fee, given the only room available is a suite. The Reception team showed the aforementioned suite to my wife, and while the bathroom was cleaner, it also had mold.
My wife was then informed that the hotel will send a cleaning team to deal with the mold. To be clear mold does not appear over night and needs to be treated over time to be removed. My wife is a leading European lawyer in the hotel industry and we are more than familiar with hotel management as her family runs 4 and 5 star hotels on the Adriatic coast.
I must say that I am shocked that in the time of global pandemic the hotel does not have the minimum hygienic standards - clean showers. I am also surprised that one must pay extra in your hotel to get a clean room. We were informed during dinner following an email that reflected the above proceeded to a rather polite yet grovelling call from the General Manager. We were placed in another room (212) which while cleaner was still subpar than what would expect for the price paid (EUR 900 for four days). We were not offered any apologies or even a coffee as a small gesture.
Following this somewhat unfortunate start to our stay, we had asked the reception staff before us having realised the situation concerning the room, to organise a hairdressers appointment for me as well as to recommend a tailor as we had a wedding to attend.

Very clean room and restaurant
Instructions clear from the staff
Great breakfast !
Very cool to have the bicycles from the hotel
Amazing emplacement near the beach
Special thank you to the girl in the breakfast section who speaks French! You were amazing and very gentle ^_^
Some staff didn't speak English and I find it inconvenient in a hotel, specially in such zone.
Indeed small room but still very pleasant

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to show us the different rooms available when we arrived and to recommend places to eat out. They even provided us with an early breakfast when we had to leave early for the airport.
