All of it! The staff are super helpful and friendly. They arranged transfer to and from the port included in our stay. There are two pools, one with a swim up bar where there is a lovely lady who makes the best cocktails and another quieter pool. The beds are really comfy, the rooms are well air conditioned and very clean. The beach is only a two minute walk away. The restaurant on site does good traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. If you want something a little more, there is a fancier restaurant called Siparos 15 minute walk away. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you going for the day, water coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, peaches, spiced apple, cheese, meats, bread, cereal, boiled eggs, honey and jams. The cats are wonderful too:) We loved it, it has the best relaxed vibe- thank you ☺️
Only criticism is paying for sunbeds in the beach- priced 50 euro. You also must bring a towel for the beach as you can’t use your room towel. You can buy linen towels from the on site small shop :)

Cleanliness was great - rooms cleaned & fresh towels provided daily.
Pool, bar and mini market on site was amazing.
Staff was very helpful.
We were able to rent and return vehicles on site which was super convenient.
Food at the lunch service was reheated and not fresh.
Music was unnecessarily loud; could hear it from the pool to our room.

The dive master and reception staff were excellent. When the beach club was operating the place went off and was incredible. The accomidation was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpfull.
The place was run down and needed a lot of maintenacne. It could also have done with being a lot cleaner and tidy (I mean the resort/village) and not our sleeping facilities.

The Staff was very polite.
The Hotel was distant from the center of Naousa or Paroikia and you needed to take the local bus which was not always easy. The buses were too crowded and you had to wait for the next one which took another half hour. The umbrellas were expensive at $40.00 Euro/day and not worth it because they did not protect you. Breakfast was included and it was horrible.

Cabins on the beach
The water from the shower was salt water from the beach
0.5 / 5.0
The cleaning staff and gardeners were incredibly friendly and polite.
The staff were not helpful, attentive or productive and were often talking amongst themselves or conveniently on the phone during check out. Unfortunately I would not recommend this at all and it was a very claustrophobic environment.
The beach smelt of sewage and the sunbeds were €50 a day
The pool sunbeds were filthy and covered in animal prints.
The breakfast was appalling for the price and I will be contacting them directly for a refund.

Nice location. But only if you have a vehicle. Great transfer service from the port.
Bathroom was very average. Difficult to have a shower. Sink clogged up.

I booked a 2 night stay in a delux family room. This was anything but delux with a broken shower, blocked drains, broken sofabed, leaking air conditioning. This is a static caravan in a campsite not a delux family room. The receptionist came to inspect the room and the agreed the poor condition of the room. Infact she told me the children were not allowed back in and we had to move rooms because of hygiene reasons. So we spent the next day resolve this and packing and moving again which ruined our holiday and plans for the day.
I tried 5 times to talk to the owner but was told he was unavailable and did not speak English and finally that he would not refund us any of the money for our awful experience.
Sun beds are a €50 a day charge!!
This is a campsite with campsite facilities not a €325 a night accommodation!

Nice Cycladic style houses at the park, good beds, nice pool, near to the beach, nice restaurant at the park and bold young guy really helped us well. Great food over there (BBQ). Cleaned every day. When you have a scooter, Naoussa and Pallikia are reachable in 10 and 25 minutes:)
-No shuttle to Naoussa as front desk said it was broken and should be fixed in a day. Still not fixed after 5 days. You need it to go to Naoussa and not be sticked around the park.
-Poolbar closed 1 day without communication.
-Beach bars at the Santa Maria beach have crazy prices and not the quality you might expect from this prices. 50 euro sunbeds and 14 euro dry clubsandwich.
-Cleaners were very loud every day at 7am. Woke us up daily.
-A lot of ants in and around the accommodation.
-Breakfast way too simple.

On the beach. Clean and nice room.
Nice pool.
Shuttle service from/to port in Parikia.
Kind staff.
Cats on the breakfast tables, eating from plates. Non Staff taking care of it.
Not organised and scary common areas, left old cars.
Lack of sunbeds on the beach for village guestes. If needed you need to pay 50 euro.
Lack of beach towels.
Bus to Nausa was out od order during our stay and proposal for this situation was offered.
Lack of safety deposit box in the room.
Open area to all, not being safe at all.
No boiler in the room, no cups.

The resort has beach access and many hotels in Paros do not offer this. Incredible value because it is not that expensive here. You get a lot for your money! Front desk staff are very nice and that’s why I come every year.
I wish the villas offer free cabanas on the beach- they used to offer this but not anymore! It is a rip off that guests has to pay €40 for cabanas when they paid for a room. Perhaps a discounted cabanas?

At the beach
Shuttle bus to and from naossa was very chaotic, no queuing system. Free for all

Location - right next to the beautiful beach of Paralia Santa Maria
Breakfast - Breakfast included was a great option to have
Transport & other arrangements: we got offered free transfer between the Ferry Port and the Holidays Village which was very appreciated. We'd also asked for extra pillows which were provided within minutes.
Staff - the staff was very friendly and efficient
We came during the low season (late May) and because of this, the transport connection to other cities was very limited.
I would highly recommended having your own transport during that period.
Also, the pool was out of use which we were aware of but would have been appreciated.

clean rooms, good breakfast, kings staff.

2 minute walk to the beach and great staff and pool! really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach and pool!

Reception went above and beyond. We stayed early in the summer season, so the resort was quiet. Easy walking distance to the beach and they provided transportation from the airport and to the port.
Beds were a little stiff and they had limited options for food with the restaurant on-site; the next closest restaurant was a 20 minute or so walk, we stayed with no transportation.
4.0 / 5.0
Free transfer to and from the port which is lovely as the hotel is far away.
Really big hotel area (also has camping), wjth mini market and restaurant inside with good prices.
Nice big clean room. hang drier available
Bus stop to Naousa 5min from the hotel, but than frequently.
Daily bus hotel transfer to and from Naousa (go at 7pm and come back at 10pm I think)
Other than what there is inside the hotel area nothing around.
Beach sun beds and umbrella shown in the photos not included in the price and really expensive (60€ a day I think).

I dont understand the bad reviews.
For the price its unbeatable.
The rooms were really clean.
The pool is great, the beach is beautiful.
There's a free shuttle from the port.
The king bed was two single beds and were a bit hard.
4.0 / 5.0
The room was spacious and cleaned every day (except Sunday). The facilities are good with two swimming pools. The grounds are kept scrupulously clean. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. There are books and games available for guests to borrow. Although I've scored it lower for location that's to reflect the reality for those without a car as it is about 25 minutes drive out from Naxos Town. With a car it's a lovely place to stay as you can follow the coastal road from the next village all the way along beautiful beaches and coastline.
Arriving at night time in the dark gave a false impression as the entrance is a little underwhelming. However when you drive around the back to park and see the facilities you are pleasantly surprised.

The swimming pool and the bar were reallly nice! The area has beautiful gardens and plants. The food in the local restaurant was excellent! The staff was very friendly and nice!
Thin walls and no overhead hook in the shower.

near a great beach - Santa Maria. Larger room then I had in Mykonos for less. Comfortable bed. Porch.
room is showing it's age a bit...could be refreshed. Porch light of neighbor wasn't turned off...so couldn't open the porch door at night without letting in the light, which mean room got warm, and had to use aircon more, and it was a bit older design, so not as efficient. Breakfast was on the lower quality side.

2 very comfortable bungalows in pleasant garden location very clean, the resort has everything we needed, pool, shop, nice breakfast, restaurant, sea. the evening bus into naoussa was great.
the location of the resort was a little isolated but there is a bus service to visit other towns. The sun beds by the pool are free but the ones on the beach are expensive but you can take a towel and lie on the sand for free.
4.0 / 5.0
pool bar, closeness to the beach, free transfer from the airport
common bathrooms were very dirty

Beach, sea, ambience, free transfer to the port and to Naoussa, very nice staff.
Nothing to mention.

Very clean, friendly staff and good location. the food was good.
Greek dishes not available in the restaurant. Could have a shower hook as we had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst washing ourselves with the other.

Room was clean, staff at the reception were very helpful. It’s near beautiful beach. Transfer every night to Naoussa was very convinient, you can enjoy city and have great dinner there. it has pool with bar. pool was deep, clean, I don’t think suita le for kids which we liked.
very basic breakfast (toast with ham and cheese, cereal, melon, yoghurt)
There are no sun loungers from this accomodation on the beach. You have to borrow sun lounge from 30-60€ or lay on the sand.
3.5 / 5.0
the pool was awesome and the bar lady at the bar was lovely very good at her job and the mini market was handy the cleaners do a great job of the rooms and out side the rooms
the bed was very hard the furniture needs an up grade all over the property the place is rundown in general the restaurant is not run professionally and the staff are smoking in the restaurant near the kitchen unhealthy
