Dies war eine Reise zum Champions League Finale.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, bei allen arten von fragen. Ein Pup war in direkter Nähe.

Zu weit von der nächsten U Bahn Station entfernt.

Good place to stay at in London centre

Location, staff, small but tidy room with a TV set. Coffe, tea, kettle.

Too hot in the room, it was quite small as well.

L'accueil c'est bien passé, les petits sachets de thé et de café avec la bouilloire dans la chambre, le frigo et le fait que pour la fin octobre il y avait le chauffage à fond

Beaucoup de bruit, très mal isolé on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors, le lit est en béton tellement il est dur ! une nuit suffit mais pas plus Ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner qui peut être compris dans le prix car il n'est pas sur place il faut se rendre dans un restaurant à proximités et c'est inmanageable

Quality / price very good discover Also located 15min away for the tube and with a bus stop to it just in front of. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep

The location

1 bath towel for 2 of us No hot water ..in shower.. Showerhead was disgusting Too noisy at the back of the hotel at 7/8am in the morning .. Room walls were like water thin ( could hear next door ) very noisy .. Bathroom too small .

Bit tired around the edges. Not a particularly welcoming entrance.

Excellent hotel on a budget

Very friendly and helpful staff, clear information about the room, facilities and faq before arrival. Clean and tidy. Info regarding hot water taking a few minutes to come through was useful, I ran the shower for 5 mins and it was perfectly warm and good pressure.

The only issue we had was that the heating was on all night and we were unable to turn it off so it was quite warm through the night. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

A good value stay. The room was clean, well-decorated and bright and the staff were friendly.

BED BUGS! AVOID

absolutely nothing

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! We found one and the guy at the reception desk said “okay but it’s dead” absolutely not caring about it. The sheets were dirty, full of stains and bed bug’s blood.

Great value nights stay in a good location.

Room and corridors were very clean. Super quiet - saw only one guest. Reception staff were really friendly. Great location for West London and not wanting to pay extortionate prices! Central line Tube stop was a 15 min walk away. Shower was hot.

TV did not work, and the beds were not the comfiest!

I want a refund of all my hotel money and we washed our clothes outside. no hot water, the beds are very dirty, the covers are awfully dirty. A quiet place

I have stayed inany hotels in London, and this one has been the quiet and most comfortable in a while. My room was right above the main entrance, giving on the road. But I heard nothing and had restful nights.

It is no fault of the hotel really, but the location was not ideal. If you head central but want a break, it is time consumíng to get back to the hotel and hope to head out later on. And I would strongly recommend that you check you haven't forgotten something in your room before leaving for the day

Facilities outdated, well located

Staff were nice and friendly. Great italian breakfast (coffee, orange juice and a couple of pieces of toast loaded with cheese, meet, vegs). Well located, around 30 min to Hyde Park.

The room was quite outdated and not fully clean. Uncomfortable bed. Only one towel was provided when there were two of us. Passable for a night or two if you are tight on budget.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are friendly & the rooms are simple but well equipped.

Excellent location, just around the corner is Askew road where you can get a bus to Hammersmith or 15 minutes walk to Shepard’s Bush market also close by to Westfield shopping centre.

We stayed on the lower floor, (room 2) stairs difficult with cases. would not recommend this floor if you have young children or mobility problems. We only had 1 towel in the room, I could have asked for another but we always take our own anyway.
