Everything else was perfect

The hotel is beautiful structure It was very quite and relaxing music

The food was a ltttle cold Coffee was it hot and not tasty I think a different brand is needed

Exceptional

Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle to hotel was a godsend as the flight arrived late at night and we hadn't been able to exchange money as banks were already closed. Delicious hot breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Within walking distance (1 block) from a shopping plaza (think small Wal-Mart type) and restaurants. This is my hotel of choice when traveling to SLP.

Disappointing stay

We used to like this property but things have changed. The hot tub was not hot. The room was wrong per our reservations and had to be changed and the staff would only recommend the restaurant that goes with the hotel. We have eaten there a lot and asked for an alternate but no help from guest service staff. Breakfast was also very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel worth the price and great tasty breakfast

I loved the location because I had Walmart near by as well as restaurants and fast food options. I had alot of options close by, there was security in the parking area of this hotel, free coffee at night, comfortable beds, very clean facility and the staff speak English. Very beautiful hotel and well maintained, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit San Luis Potosi.

This hotel did not accept my American money when I was booking my room with them, they would not exchange my money, when I needed a toothbrush for my son the receptionist said they were out of essentials.

Very Recommended! And I am not easily pleased...

Cleanliness, price, breakfast, location, shuttle...Was very convenient and comfortable!!!

Everything was fantastic...I only have one Complaint...The pool closed at 9 p.m for Adults...No one in MX really wants to try to enjoy the pool in the blazing sun or during mid afternoon..It was definitely in need of more attention to clean bugs out..

Pool closes at 9 p.m for adults regardless of the amount of people using it and many bugs in the pool.. Complimentary warm water upon request and none cold to purchase.. Asking for it is like putting them out at reception...Towels need to be upgraded..

Breakfast is served up to 6:30 what is good. There is swimming pool but unfortunatelly, i couldn't use it. Large space room. Cleanliness of room excellent.

Breakfast offer isn't enough. Location a bit far from restaurant and center, by walk is everything too far away. Car is needed or take a taxi.

terrible! no too many choices, food all ready pre-packed.

FOR THE PRICE WE PAID, WE SHOULD GET BEETER TOWELS INSTEAD OF RAGS. SWIMMING POOL DIRTY NOT TOO MANY ATRACTIVE AMMENITIES
