How central it was to the strip. The apartment was clean and had a fan. The pool and bar were great. Its only 30 minutes away from the airport.

Well-appointed self catering apartments in a resort with three beautiful pools

Loved the pool and the gardens. Great location - very close to a decent supermarket and some pleasant cafes. A walk from the harbour and also to the various beaches. Comfortable well appointed accommodation with basic but adequate kitchen equipment - just right

I would have preferred the television to have been in the bedroom and for there to be a dining table and chairs inside. There were some slight hitches and delays with the airport transfers.

Wifi connection not working from time to time - especially during nights - we were connected on wifi with number 7, 9 and 12 i think.

Good value hotel but don't expect to check in on time!

Lovely grounds. Two pools. Quiet apartment with terrace. Facilities to play table tennis and pool. Shops and restaurants nearby. Beach is 5-10 minutes walk.

It took 2 hours to get checked in despite a promise that we would be able to do so by 3pm. Seemed short of cleaning staff. There is only a small bar with snacks on site so you will either have to get food from supermarket or eat out. A good half an hour walk from ferry port.

The location is just great a nice walk to the beach or into the town. The cleaners do a great job. I could not fault it at all.

Everything was just great. The only thing I was not happy with was the beds not very comfortable but everything else was great. We hope to return again next year.

Very helpful stuff. We had an emergency situation during our stay and they made several phonecalls to help which extremly big help for us.

Small ants, bugs were in the room.

Perfect location, great staff, couldn’t get better

Perfect base to stay, great pool bar, all the staff are great at this hotel, the pools are big and have plenty of sun bed, is never seems too busy! I would defiantly return to this hotel

We stayed for 3 weeks and I like to cook for half the time there, although you get a 2 plate hob, microwave I personally think the apartments should have a oven, I still managed to cook anyway so didn’t affect the stay, and it wouldn’t put me off returning here

Great location, close to the bus station, restaurants and shops.

The cleaning service was dissapointing. The balcony was not swept in a week, we had a lot of ants in the kitchen due to poor cleaning. It’s a shame that such a nice location is not focusing on providing better services.

Lots of space, nice big pools, great location. Close to beach and walking distance to town but nice quiet area. Good quality mattresses.

Had a nice quiet relaxing 6 night stay here with my two teenage boys.

Rooms were large, even with sofa bed had plenty of room, kitchen had enough essentials, beds comfortable, plenty sun-loungers for everyone.

Long wait at the pool bar even on quieter times, no entrainment on day or night. did not have anywhere to have a drink in the evening.

Really enjoyed stay, accommodation was very good and in good location for beach and entertainment. Plenty of good restaurants and live music every evening in square. Lovely location.

Could do with extra pillows.

fantastic and I hope to be back

The hotel was fantastic. It is very close to the city, and it is perfect, as the beach in the city is not really nice, so no need to stay there. Also it is very loud in the city with all the live music pubs and tourists, so I enjoyed the fact it was 6mins walk and in one of the side streets. The room/apartment was amazing, all very new and clean, comfy bed. The swimming pools were great. I didnt know that there is a gym but used the shower there before leving. It was very convinient. I had a room with a lovely terrace. I really enjoyed it a lot, the price was fair. The lady at the reception was very nice and spoke well English

The wifi did not work. They even had issues with it when I was to pay for my stay. Please sort it out. The young man working there was nice but not very helpful, he did not tell me I have to book a slot to take a shower in the gym after check out and was confused about the bus stops (I am glad I checked it online). The soap in the appartents seemed to be diluted with water and there was no shampoo. Also, it would be great if the hotel introduced a breakfast. I know that every appartment has a kitchen but I do not tend to cook during holiday. It would be great to be able to eat something from the bar in the morning or order a coffee
