Tranquil with great hospitality

Friendly and helpful staff, clean property, good food and drink and good location

Husband didn't sleep well in the bed although I was OK and the WiFi wasn't good but these are minor things that didn't spoil the holiday. I would return in a heartbeat

Exceptional

We are so grateful for Thrassos and his lovely staff for treating us so kindly. They made sure we were comfortable, organized Taxis and he even drove us around. Our room was very clean and we had the best view. Their food is absolutely delicious. We would love to come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Such friendly staff, peaceful, clean and amazing food. Very comfortable beds and good room facilities. Rooms were cleaned nearly every day and clean towels.

Best accomodation în Souvala

Probably the best hotel în Souvala with very nice staff (special remarks for Emma) and owner, Mr. Thrasos. We had a beautiful appartment with a huge terrase and a balcony with double sea views. Mr. Thrasos is the best host you can get. He helped us with all what we nedeed and asked for and even transported us and our luggages with his car to the ferry at our departure. We felt as at home in this very cosy hotel.

A worthwhile experience!

The food was amazing, the staff was excellent, the view was stunning and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the location was ideal for a relaxing visit. The room was very well equipped.

Ok to stay for a low budget weekend but dont expect much.

decent value for money with big shower and bathroom.

Humid rooms, very cheap and uncomfortable beds, tiny tiny tv and no blinds. Not enough parking spaces and nowhere else to park.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location, good quality pool, and great homecooked Greek food.

Both great.

We were given a bed sheet that was slightly too small and was a little uncomfortable. The choice of food became more limited due to end of season, but was otherwise excellent.

We enjoyed as we tried to make the best of it, but we wouldn’t return to Ela Mesa .

The main pool was lovely, plenty of comfortable sun loungers to go around. We were room only, so didn’t have breakfast however we ate at the hotel one evening and the food was delicious. Room was large and we had a kitchenette in ours, the fridge was handy , and the added toastie machine made making lunches easy. Very short walk to the beach however a little incline on the way back, so may prove difficult if you have walking difficulties.

On arrival we were told it was siesta time between 3pm and 5.30 pm so we weren’t to make a noise. We decided every day to leave the hotel during those hours, as we have a 10 and 9 yr old holidaying with us. Although really good girls they’re still children. Day 1 the girls were playing in the pool, no other guests in the water, the owner came up and said no games, no playing. Second day they were splashing around as children do, again no other guests in the pool and they were told off . Whenever another guest entered the water (which wasn’t often as it was so quiet there) we ensured the girls stayed out of their way. We are quite strict with the girls, and always make sure they respect other guests. No balls in the pool, but they were allowed a lilo. Our stay put both my husband and myself on edge, we couldn’t relax at all as we felt we had to constantly tell the girls to whisper. My husband even approached the small few guests at the complex and asked if the girls were ok , and all said yes, and always chatted to us. Even commenting how polite both girls are. To sum up a lovely complex but I would say suited to adults only. We didn’t feel like the children were welcome.

friendly owners clean rooms good breakfast 2 pools and plenty of sun beds

you need to be early for the breakfast if you want choice as they don’t replenish things that have ran out

Just returned from a lovely and relaxing holiday.

pool area is beautiful and very clean. Restaurant is fabulous and and food delicious. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

pleasant & relaxing

the swimming pool and outside areas were fantastic

the apartment was clean but very dated. if you wanted to self-cater the facility to do that was poor , although the staff were only too happy to fix any problems.
