Heerlijk hotel op een toplocattie

Locatie is super. Aan het strand en duingebied. Mooi om te wandelen en vlakbij Vilamoura . Kamers ruim en de bedden liggen heerlijk. Ontbijt heel goed, veel keus en lekker vers fruit.

Personeel kan wel wat aardiger. Met name in het zwembadgedeelte. Ongeïnteresseerd en niet erg klantvriendelijk. Wordt ook niet goed opgeruimd. Nog troep van de vorige dag. Parasol en bedjes kapot.

Exceptional more than met our expectations

Amazing breakfast. Quality variety , & quantity could not be improved. Cleanliness of rooms was excellent cleaned & refreshed to very high standard Very good lifts Staff so helpful with requests no matter how small Easy walking distance to the beach & Marina

Very friendly staff, comfortable room which was always cleaned to a high standard. Beachfront menu was very good, spa was very relaxing, breakfast also very good!

People that put towels on sunloungers and then disappear for two hours - which is not the hotels fault and can happen anywhere.

CAME FOR A 3 DAY BEEAK

BREAKFAST WAS ABSOLUTLY EXCELLENT -HUGE CHOICES FOR ALL - . OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS GORGEOUS - THE BARS AND FOOD AT THE BARS WAS VERY GOOD - THE ROOM WAS BIG AND SPOTLESS - STAFF WERE EXCELLENT - I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMEND PEOPLE TO STAY HERE

WE HAD DINNER ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT , WE WERE DISAPOINTED WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE - VERY FEW CAME IN EVEN THOUGH BREAKFAST WAS PACKED - WE WERE NOT EXCITED WITH THE FOOD WE HAD AND THE WINE CHOICES COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ( I THOUGHT). THIS WAS JUST SOMETHING SMALL .

Breakfast was good and good location.

Had to pay to have coffee pods in the room. Hardly any sun beds around the pool. No access to water apart from tiny bottles in the room. Not a 5 star experience at all

Wonderful experience

The cleanliness, big rooms with all the facilities. The members of staff were brilliant!! The food was amazing!! Never seen such a huge breakfast choice!! They really cater for everyone!!

We had a great time there but we would’ve like to have more entertainment in the evenings, we were there from Saturday to Thursday morning and they only do entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ( that left us with just one day of entertainment) we didn’t like the pubs at the marina so we were stuck at the hotel in the evening trying to find something to do. I know it was low season but there were enough people there and they would’ve attended an evening of some sort of show.

Great location, hotel is spotless. Huge selection at breakfast time. Polite & attentive staff. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers & towels no problem

The building works next door , but You forget it’s there . Didn’t spoil our holiday at all .

Very good location, the staff are brilliant, the breakfasts are sensational and the facilties are very good.

The only point to raise is that the pool bar closes at 6 pm at a time in summer, where the pool is still full of people wanting cool drinks, ice creams, and snacks. To further improve the hotel experience, the hotel should consider leaving the pool bar open for longer.

Our one week getaway was luxury all the way and the sun shone every day.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, extensive facilities, superb breakfast and lots of top class touches to make the stay a true five star experience.

Expensive transfer back to the airport arranged by the hotel. The outbound taxi cost 28 euros, the transfer organised by the hotel cost 45 euros. Disappointing end to the trip. I should asked the price!

Our stay Stay was quiet enjoyable. Pity about the above comment which spoilt it somewhat.

Poolside bar closed too early (18:00) meaning that whilst enjoying the pool we could not have drinks, ice creams etc. The afternoon became a bit windy meaning that sun shades had to be closed. We understood this but staff closing the sun shades did not give us a chance to get up before closing the sun shades which created quite an uncomfortable situation which could easily have been avoided. We found this quite rude.

There were huge mirror in the toilet and equally huge bed in the room. The exit to the beach is very convenient. The breakfasts are really good. The staff is extremely helpful and professional

There was a construction of new building next to the hotel. The door in the toiled doesn’t have the locker.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. Generous sized bedrooms, very clean and serviced daily. Fabulous selection at breakfast. Really lovely staff.

Was a disappointing due to room location and floor.

Location was great and close to all amenities. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Sea beach was few minutes walk.

We were very dissatisfied with room location as there was no good view other than the roof of the hotel port. We paid money for side sea view but it was far from our imagination. Will avoid lower floors we requested to change but very disappointing response from the staff.
