Niezłe śniadanie, szwedzki stół plus wybór niektórych dań z karty. Ciekawe napoje.
Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo zła. Hotel składa się z domków/apartamentów położonych na bardzo, bardzo stromym zboczu południowym. To powoduje po pierwsze, że przejście z domku do restauracji albo na tzw. "plażę" jest dużym wysiłkiem. Po drugie, na tym terenie jest niesamowicie gorąco, ponieważ na tym zboczu i dodatkowo w zatoce w której jest hotel, temperatura jest odczuwalnie dużo wyższa niż np. na innych plażach, otwartym terenie etc. Na inne plaże jest dość daleko - konieczny skuter lub samochód. I po drugie i najważniejsze - coś nazywane "plażą" obok hotelu to całkowita pomyłka. Piasek i palmy, owszem są, ale kąpiel w morzu jest niemal niemożliwa (pobyt w lipcu). Woda jest bardzo płytka po kolana nawet do 200 - 300 metrów w głąb morza i cały czas są tam ostre kamienie niemal na całej powierzchni. Ludzie nie pływają, bo się nie da, tylko moczą po kolana w wodzie. Morze tuż przy hotelu wygląda jak wyschnięte bagno. Wobec tego goście spędzają czas na basenie...dla dzieci o długości pewnie ok 10 metrów (to raczej "basenik") wściśniętym pomiędzy domki a restaurację, właściwie położonym na tarasie 1-2 domków. Odpoczynek, wygoda czy intymność - absolutne zero.
Restauracja jest na zewnątrz na tarasie i również jest tam okropnie gorąco (stok południowy). Jest bardzo mała mała i niektórzy goście jeżeli przyjdą na śniadanie nieco później muszą czekać na wolne stoliki.
W łazience w domku naszych dzieci - karaluchy. Łazienki - niektóre elementy zużyte, do remontu.
Dodatkowo, pracownicy pomimo prośby (potwierdzonej), aby przy okazji sprzątania pokoju wymienić ręczniki, tego nie zrobili. Ręczniki dostałem uprzejmie wieczorem po dodatkowej interwencji (personel się stara, to na plus). Podsumowując: zupełnie nie rozumiem, jaki jest cel przyjazdu do takiego hotelu, w którym przede wszystkim nie można kąpać się w morzu. W porównaniu z innym miejscami i plażami na tej wyspie lub Koh Tao - kosmiczna różnica. Nigdy więcej!!!

La chambre est vraiment magnifique, avec une jolie vue mer.
Le restaurant a une belle vue, le pdj est copieux et change d’un matin sur l’autre.
Le super bar a cocktail propose des happy hour tres apprecié.
Le service de navette est efficace et la personne vous conduit au guichet de lomprayah avant la jeté, c est tres attentionné.
Le service de massage est agreable et joliment situé.
Il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants qui font que le resort est bien placé
La piscine est un peu petite.
Les encas du restaurant sont pingres (on pouvait compter les frites dans l’assiette) nous avons preferé manger au restaurant du resort d’a coté.
Le resort n’y peu rien mais la plage n’est pas accueillante: le snorkelling minable, l’eau est chaude, il faut prévoir des chaussures et les kits de prevention contre la meduse boite sont necessaires mais anxiogènes.

What was really nice was the location, quiet at the outskirts of Haad Salad. I also liked the little places to sit all across the resort. The breakfast was nice.
I felt the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Also, be mindful that things at the reception might take a bit longer than you’re used too. The breakfast area can become quite crowded with people at the main time, so advice would be to have breakfast early or late.
Also: I was a solo traveler, this is more a place for families.

Really beautiful location. Such a great view and absolutely loved the balcony. The staff were really kind. Really helpful to have the gulf cart for our luggage as well. The interior design was on point!
The AC wasn't very strong. There was no phone to call reception, so you had to walk the steep slope down and up.

La chambre était très belle avec une vue digne d'une carte postale vivante simplement magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié. Nous avons mangé au restaurant .les tempuras sont tout simplement excellentes goûteuses et non grasses.
Nous avions une chambre avec vue mer. Pour se rendre à la réception plus de 6o marches à descendre donc à remonter et 110 marches pour aller à la piscine

Lovely relaxed little Bungalow with beautiful views would recommend as perfect for our 3 day stay.
Nothing really accommodation was great was little busy at breakfast but same in most places so only thing is maybe Pool area but we were not there for that.

La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia, el baño era enorme. El desayuno bien y completo. El personal muy amable. La piscina y acceso a la playa inmejorables y la playa de las mas bonitas de la isla. La ubicación para nosotros con moto era perfecta, pero sin transporte propio solo tienes acceso fácil a la zona de Salad Beach. Super recomendable.
Faltaban ventiladores en la zona de desayuno y hacia mucho calor. No es un alojamiento muy cómodo para gente que tenga dificultades de movimiento porque hay mucha cuesta/escaleras. En nuestra estancia había excesivos niños en las instalaciones y era un poco locura el desayuno y la zona de la piscina.

Lage Bungalow, Strand
Hatten einen Bungalow für 4 Personen gebucht -erst auf Reklamation bekamen wir einen mit 2 Betten, wobei die 2te Matratze am Boden lag. Aus der Dusche kam nicht genug Wasser um sich die Haare zu waschen, Klobrille und Deckel verschimmelt (gerade frisch geputzt),Handtücher nicht sauber, Matratze und Kopfkissen sehr fleckig und gerochen, Bettwäsche war eine für Tagesdecken (grob und mit Bommeln am Kissen), Wäsche waschen lassen - hat nachher fürchterlich gerochen woanders gleich wieder waschen lassen, zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück für die Anzahl der Gäste, Frühstück dürftig, Abendessen Qualität mangelhaft, nichts für Leute ohne Kinder - sehr viele Familien mit Kindern zwischen 6 Wochen und 6 Jahren. Wir wollten uns mal was richtig schönes gönnen. Alle Unterkünfte in denen wir in Thailand je waren haben zu einem drittel des Preises auf allen Ebenen besseres geboten.

The Resort is at the hills overlooking Salad beach. Some bungalows have a great view (mine didn't have any). Room is spacious and clean. Personnel is friendly and happy to help you. Breakfast has some buffet options and you can order some yoghurt and eggs.
Airco wasn't really cooling so used the normal fan at night which was fine.
Pool looks nice but is also attracting families with loud playing kids.

Mitarbeiter betraten während unserer Abwesenheit (wir haben sie dabei „erwischt“) trotz „do not disturb“ das Zimmer, räumten unsere persönlichen Dinge um und aus, um einfach mal so einen Schrank auszutauschen.
Auch wenn das Hotel nichts dafür kann, ist es leider ein weiterer negativer Punkt, dass es von vielen Familien besucht wird, da der Poolbereich während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts von schreienden und lärmenden Kindern eingenommen wurde. Deren Eltern haben auch nichts weiter dagegen unternommen, dass alle anderen Gäste massiv gestört wurden.
Trotz dieser Punkte hat es uns sehr gut im Cookies Salad gefallen.

The location is good, on one of the best beaches in Koh Phangan. The staff is very nice and kind.
The pictures shown from booking are better than the reality. Maybe they just show the suits, or maybe we got a room that had not been renovated, but the status of the room was not great.
We booked also a cottage garden view but there is no garden, we were at the back of the reception.
The staff was very kind and offered to change the room but anyway also the other cottage offered was behind the reception.
The hotel has potential but needs some maintenance.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Man hat uns die Koffer direkt abgenommen und an die Rezeption gestellt! Unser Bungalow hatte alles was man braucht (Trinkwasser, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Strandhandtücher und vieles mehr), das hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
Die Lage war super schön, mitten im „Dschungel“ - so hat es sich zumindest angefühlt, wenn man die ganzen Vogelgeräusche gehört hat. Das Bett wurde jeden Tag frisch bezogen und war sehr bequem!
Auch der Strand war wunderschön, nur zum Baden zu unserer Zeit nicht so gut geeignet, da sehr viele Seegurken auf dem Meeresgrund lagen… (kann das Hotel aber definitiv nichts dafür!)

Personeel, restaurant, ontbijt en eten was top. Heerlijk! Mooi uitzicht op het restaurant. Prachtig strand en zee voor de deur. Om daarin te kunnen zwemmen moet je wel 200 m lopen maar prima te doen.
Het had nodig Eén onderhoudsbeurt nodig. Zwembad was beetje vies en vervallen. Ook klamboe, stoelen en kamer hadden écht een opknapbeurt / vervanging nodig.

Die tolle Lage oberhalb einer sehr schönen Bucht. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. A la carte Essen prima.
Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr steilen Hang. Die Wege und Treppen sind sehr steil und nur für körperlich fitte Gäste geeignet. Das sollte man wissen.

Lovely room overlooking the bay. We had no problem with the walk up and down to the room but care needs to be taken with the steps to the beach. Nice breakfast and food. Lovely balcony with day bed. Staff fab.

😠The worst and most expensive dinner we’ve had in Thailand along 20 days ☹️.
😠Every morning at 5 o’clock a rooster woke us up and, when we finally fall asleep, at 7 the gardener began with the vacuum leaves 😩😩😤.
😠At the reception there is nobody speaking english UNTIL 9.20!!!
😕In the restaurant, there are tables of different sizes, some of them are low bar tables , very uncomfortable.
😕The beach, although beautiful, is subject to the tides, so it’s impossible to swim or snorkel.

Amazing views, great breakfast, wonderful staff, clean spacious room.
It didn’t bother us but it is worth noting that the resort is extremely steep. Also, the beach is tidal. It is extremely beautiful when the tide is in (less so when the tide is out). One further thing to be aware of is that the bay is shallow so you are unable to swim.

Lovely rooms, good value for money, great views
This is a family resort - the place is literally crawling with kids and I couldn’t use the pool. It’s not at all peaceful and I wouldn’t recommend as a solo traveller or maybe even as a couple. I went years ago and it’s a very different vibe. Restaurant is mediocre and overpriced. There’s a note in the rooms saying they won’t clean/enter without permission but this isn’t true so make sure you request if not needed. Location good for Salad beach but on very steep hills with lots of steps so not great for up and down.

The resort is an amazing place to chill out for a few days. Our room was very beautiful with a big balcony overlooking the whole area. The staff is very friendly and helpful (providing taxis and bikes to rent) and the restaurant makes a great breakfast and other food.
The area is very steep and not that easy to reach (you need a car or bike to get around or visit other places) We weren‘t bothered by this, but I think it‘s worth mentioning.

The co-working space was cool. Nice view from the room. I liked the hammock right in front of the room
The room wasn’t very clean. It looks a lot older than the photos. Water pressure was super low and the toilet always smells a bit strange. The towels they provided were old and a bit smelly.
