Nothing. First of all, the bnb is only affiliated with the main hotel in town which is obviously where the owner draws most of his attention. Getting to the front door, you will only be greeted by a ring doorbell and a grumpy old man will redirect you down to the hotel with little to no kindness whatsoever. My brother and I were on vacation to come to Ireland and deliver our mother's ashes and made a small mistake and booked the wrong night for our stay. When we attempted to file for a refund, the owner completely disregarded us and took our money without us ever staying there. Horrible place to stay.

Great facilities supported by the hotel which manages the property. In a good location of the town; within walking distance of many amenities and shops.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

The rooms were very nice. We had the double deluxe with a jacuzzi tub, and it was well used after a 3 hour horseback riding trip. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the employees were kind and respectful.
My only issue is that the breakfast is not served in the B&B. You have to walk, maybe 1/2 block or 80m up the road to the hotel to have breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was nice, central location
Mirror light was difficult to turn on/off, there was no blind/curtain for the window above the kitchen sink, the room key was attached to the largest leather pad in the world, the room doors don't have numbers so guests don't know which room door corresponds to their key.

Close to all the bars and food. They called for the bus to come get us for the tour which was great. The breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful. The place is quite and beds were comfortable.
We stayed at the Bed and breakfast and not the hotel. The bed n breakfast is located off site of the main hotel so we had to leave to walk to breakfast down the street. The room is very tiny. There were two beds but no good place to put your luggage or change clothes. The bathroom/shower are very tiny. If you are a larger person or don't like tight spaces this is not the place for you. We had 4 bags of luggage and hand to carry them up a flight of stairs. There is only one room downstairs. The rest are uupstairs no elevator. If I was to stay there again, I would try the hotel.

The staff was lovely and the breakfast was very good. It is in a excellent central location but not too loud. It was convenient to have the parking lot for $3 a day across the street.
It would have been nice to have access to drinking water. We used the tap for tea and to fill our water bottles. We could have asked so that’s on us, but maybe some information on it would be worth giving guests staying at this adjacent property to the Fairview

Fantastic breakfast but served down the street at Fairview Hotel. Offsite parking convenient and affordable.
Very expensive for the standard of room. Nowhere to hang towels to dry overnight. Kettle etc secreted away in the wardrobe instead of being obviously provided.

Property dated, clean but traces of mould around windows, shower door etc, glad we were only there for 1 night

Loved the "brand new" quaint and retro look. I loved the look of the wooden floors and doors! Everything was immaculate and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and was very warm for the wet, cold Irish nights! It was very cozy and comfortable.
Due to age of building and wooden floors you could hear guests coming, going, and through the walls. Yet, everyone was respectful and quiet as they could be! Yet, I loved the look of the wooden doors and floors!

The room was big and spacious, in the center of town
It had an extra bed but no way to move it. We couldn't sit by the window seat unless we blocked the bed or the bathroom

The room and facilities were adequate for our needs.
The bathroom door didn't close properly

The room was really comfortable and clean. The location was excellent and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing, we loved it!

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of room, we put our daughter in the front room instead of the studio room we were in, and it worked for everyone. We picked up a couple of fans from the hotel it was affiliated with because we are from Boston, and we like it a little colder than it was.
The only thing that was a problem was that the washing machine leaked a lot. The laundry room was an outdoor room, not connected to the house. So, it wasn't a huge problem but with the amount of laundry we were doing for a 9 person stay was a lot and the floor had to have three towels on it at a time. Other than that, and that wasn't a huge problem, we loved it there. It was like being at home.

location
rooms were very small, bathroom was very small, rooms were noisy, and there was no common area without walking down the street to a neighboring common lobby.

Location right inside the town.
Room too small for a couple/family.
