1. Cudowni ludzie, ktorzy dokladaja wszelkich staran by Twoj pobyt byl wyjatkowym doswiadczeniem
2. Zadbany rajski obiekt hotelowy zaraz przy plazy
5. Personel bardzo otwarty na feedback, by doskonalic obsluge, natychmiast wprowadzaja zmiany- lubie to!

Beim Frühstück urinierende Hunde an unserem Tisch.

Beach right outside Breakfast lots of good food selections. Great staff. Beautiful resort property. Loved happy hour 2 cocktails for price 1. all the meals were delicious. All staff were amazing and very helpful. Lots of day trip choices from resort with resort drivers and guides.
Loved everything no complaints Excellent resort and staff members

Beautiful villas and pools, especially loved the outdoor bathroom. Yoga class and cycling tour were really amazing, and lovely to be somewhere a bit quieter.
Quite remote and shuttle often not available to get to the local minimart. Not well catered for small kids - no kids activities, equipment, menu and lots of stairs to get around, which was a bit limiting given remoteness. Also had some issues with restaurant - had to double check the bill each time as often charged items we hadn't ordered and hard to get attention of staff at times.

How long it took to get anywhere else.

Pools, lake pool is amazing, staff (thanks Hendra) and local community involvement and benefit seems good, restaurant food variety, restaurants, rooms are stunning both beds and bathrooms , food and drinks are well priced which is good as no real options outside so that is good, a few activities to do (billiards, yoga, ping pong, badminton, surfing, spa) good driver day rates for trips, the one evening jegog and dance was great, a very relaxing place in a stunning location near a remote beach. Great staff to guest ratio.
Evening entertainment was very limited, could have had a singer or something in the other bars such as a guitar player to bring some life to a few more evenings. Strange to say but they probably need more cottages to have a few more guests around. Need to clarify on menu when burger and steak are not beef meat but pork or chicken which was expected when ordered but both cooked great. However, this is a great place and we loved it.

We got a villa with magnificent view to the ocean side, where we could watch sunsets.
We liked helpful attitude of a working shift on our arrival, because we wanted to change one apartment to villa and they gave as and even covered difference in price by giving us complementary massage.
The Food in the hotel restaurant is not fresh (not fresh shrimps) and sometimes cooked not well (chicken satay was raw). As the hotel is located far from touristic sides, we ate our dinners in the hotel only. However, two of us had problems with stomack after eating there , thanks God, we had smecta and choral pills.
Massages are ok, but could be better. (Weak massages in the spa room nr.1.On check-out we were asked to pay for coffee, which we were not informed about and did nod sign it on a room. Lady from the reception which were there on our check-ouy even didn't try to sort out the situation.

this is a hidden paradise, looks like real oasis. we enjoyed the pools, the view, the sunset. the breakfast was one in the best (for the 4 star hotels) I’ve ever seen.
we were charged 30 usd for an extra bed for 5 year kid (I was informed informed about the price) , the bed was set up on the small sofa in the room. It’s really overpriced. especially when the room for 3 with breakfasts costs 100 USD.

The hotel is beautiful
The location far away.
The kitchen and bar quality need to improve.

The staff was extraordinary nice and friendly and the resort is simply beautiful. Especially when you're looking for some quietness and want to spend some relaxed days, we can highly recommend this place!
We were expecting a little bit more when it came to the massages we had. It was still nice, and we enjoyed it (just comparing it with other experiences we had in Bali).
Besides that, the breakfast could have been a little bit bigger.

The Hotel was exactly what I was looking for. If you want to relax, to have two beautiful pools (one infinity 60m pool is amazing, the most time I was alone there), to go for a walk alone on the beautiful beach with black sand, to surf, to have a tasty diner at the restaurant, to enjoy the spa and beautiful cottages, you should visit this amazing place. The breakfast was tasty, you can choose from the menu. I had diner also at the property, they have a very nice menu, it is not expensive, but also not cheap. The location is a little bit far away from the “heart” of Bali but it’s a perfect place to enjoy silence, aloneness and beautiful wild nature. The black sand beach is amazing, also during the rainy season (in 7 days I had only 1 day with rain, about 20 min) is very clean.
The sea view cottage is more sea side cottage, it’s a big comfortable house with a very good bathroom! Open shower is top!
The staff is very friendly and hospitable. On the second day they know your name and also a happy to see you.
The prises for spa are also okay and I had one of the best aromatic massage in my life!
The place is also good for families with children.
So there are maybe not so many activities for children and sometimes they can be loud but afternoon I had a privacy in pool and in the beach. It’s not a negative point but maybe a small kids club would be nice.
Also a one negative thing is a door to another room in the cottage. I heard the clock of other guests and also if they talk, it couldn’t be silent :)

This was my first trip to Bali and I was lucky enough to book Puri Dajuma. Location by the sea around three hours from Denpasar is phenomenal. Hotel has simply amazing restaurant with Balinese menu that is fantastic. Staff is beyond anything I have ever experienced. During my stay I was one night in Soka A Villa. Then few nights in Sari B Villa and last night in Golden Suite. All of them were really pleasant and I will recommend any of them. Hotel had selection of trips and we tried temple tour and during the trip we also visited turtle conservation center and local market. Superb. I will definately visit Puri Dajuma again.

Everything was excellent. The on-site service team, was very helpful and friendly, making the experience that much more enjoyable. The restaurant is great with very good food. The pools were just right, yoga rooms are beautifully positioned overlooking the sea, the gardens are wonderfully clean and green, overlooking the beach & sea, with a sufficient number of garden chaises longues so there was always a space.
Room location/privacy was important to us, we weren't keen on the position of the 2nd row of of bungalows, as we felt they did not provide enough privacy, (the first row of bungalows have much better privacy - none available when we arrived) so we switched to a room on the first floor of the main building which ended up being perfect.
The location is fairly remote, the surrounding areas is very local. We rented a scooter and rode thru the adjacent rice fields, and mountains visiting the highland villages, this was a very nice experience.
Overall, wonderful experience, we said to ourselves, one day we'd come back.
it rained... a lot (early Feb) but it was the rain season, and we knew it in advance.

Every cottage has private outdoor bathroom wich is splendid. They clean every day and make up beds. There are 2 beaches nearby - one is with boats, but there is a part for swimming. The other one is more buitiful. In front of the resort on the rock people gather to watch the sunset which is breathtaking. The food is very delicious, you can check the menu on the website. The bartender is a champion at local cocktails competition and makes very nice cocktails.
One of the cottage was leaking so they move us to another one. I will book villa if I have to choose again - they have more beautiful view and are closer to the bigger pool. There are insects sometimes but you are near a jungle. The Billiard table is old. The soap dispenser doesn't work properly. Every morning after 10.00 there are some construction nearby :((

everything! wonderful modern stylish bungalow with semi open bathroom with freestanding bath tub. the two swimming pools are well designed, especially the one at the villa’s area, the natural slide, and the view from the infinity pool to the ocean, just wonderful. Stayed in many places, but here is more value for money than in many other places. swimming in the ocean is also nice with not too high waves. food in restaurant is good as well!
nothing, very perfect

Everything, beautiful resort. Amazingly friendly staff. Wonderful pools, great cultural activities offered by the hotel. Beautiful beach views. Free shuttle to town.
Absolutely nothing

- pool was super fun, cool property with many activities
- friendly staff
- free transport to medewi beach
- amazing lobsters at warung right on medewi beach (not from hotel but definitely try it)
- when the tide goes out you can walk very far towards the sea
-no sand in front on the beach like in the pictures, it’s just rock— you have to walk about 250-300 meters down to get sand.
- they KEPT asking us if we wanted their special dinner after we said no four times they asked again until we told them to not ask again. Then when we did not want to have the special dinner, they were slow to come to our table to get or orders, it was like a small retaliation.
- we ordered a “day in advance duck” dinner at night and they told us that it would be all settled. Then in the morning when they kept pushing their special dinner NYE celebration, they suddenly told us they would NOT be serving the duck (even though we ordered it and they already confirmed. They were aggressive about the special dinner.) (food was good for kids!)
- paths were hard to walk around because they were confusing
- the food wasn’t great, I ordered a rendang but they served me a kare. said “that was how they made it”

The staff and atmosphere were great. Its a perfect place to go and get away from everything
The facility showed signs of wear in a few places. Nothing really bad, just a shabby cabana roof and some pool floats that could use replacing.
