Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, gyönyörű kilátás!

Gyönyörű volt a kilátás!🤗🥰

Jelezték, hogy nincs akadálymentes szoba, ezt köszönöm is, de sajnos a fürdőszobába való bejutás nem volt egyszerű kerekesszékkel a szobában, még jó, hogy az étkező mellett könnyen megközelíthető volt az illemhely.

Für einen Badeurlaub okay, großer Mangel bei der Sauberkeit

- sehr gute Lage nah an der Promenade - nettes Personal - Bar im Hotel

- Sauberkeit des Zimmers - Matratze sehr verfärbt/schmutzig - während des Aufenthaltes kein Wechsel der Bettwäsche - das Zimmer wurde nicht gewischt - wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück für Vegetarier/Veganer

On Booking app, air-condition is in the room. When you get there you realize, that rates do not include the price of air-conditioning which costs HUF 4 000/night/room!!! SCAM!!!

Beautiful view/comfy room, but in a noisy area. Don't take breakfast.

The Plázs is near, the panorama is beautiful. You can see the Balaton from a bird's view, even from the end of the common corridor. All rooms have balcony, the rooms themselves were cozy.

Unfortunately the breakfast was terrible. Soggy breads like they were many days old, the hams were really low quality. The eggs looked like this very smashed to the wall before serving. I would not have it again. They charge 4000 huf/day for airco, which should be included already in the quite higher price (+ side that they work really well). Overall, very noisy area, which can be expected in Siófok, so that would not be a negative, but expect this if you go for a calm time. At night, it can also be a bit noisy. But it is close to the popular party location - this was expected.

There was no plantbased milk with the breakfast, and the coffee's quality was quite poor, otherwise it was nice to have some food.

Located near the lake, have sun beds and can enter water directly from hotel territory.

Bad sound isolation, you can’t sleep at night due to music and shouting from the street, they want to charge 10€ additional for A/C, poor facilities. Breakfast ok. The hotel cheats with the exchange rate, they publish price in Euro and charge your card with Hungarian Forint, but at high rate and later your bank converts it back at low rate, so hotel earns on you additional money on the rate and you loose twice - hotel earns and bank earns.

Very friendly reception & breakfast staff, breakfast was much better than expected and also partly changed from day to day, nice view to the lake from all rooms + balcony, great private buch with enough sun beds, not far away from the train station and supermarkets/shops, good (rather hard) matress and an overall very cost/performance ratio - will come back again! :)

Indeed WIFI was not constantly working and I guess nowadays this shouldn't be an issue anymore. Second thing was soundproofing from other rooms - when one had a shower you heard the tubes quite loudly. Small improvement idea: Replace the shower head for just a few euros, the existing one is very simple

Situation is good

The person at the reception was dull, looking bored. At breakfast, the staff didn't smile or make contact with the customers either, apparently it was the end of the holiday season, so the tiredness was visible. The exception was the dark young man at the reception next morning ,he was cheerful and willing to help .The cleaner on the sixth floor was also an exception, she was polite and greeted cheerfully.

One day the cleaning was a bit bad, however the other days it was fine. The private beach is very nice, breakfast also nice

The chairs at the private beach are almost all broken. It is time to buy some new ones.
