Dario, the owner, is great, he gave us many tips about the area, he is very patient and welcoming. We also had dinner in his little restaurant. Very tasty!
The apartment is big and very clean, maybe a bit oldish, but it has everything you need. We were by car, so the location was perfect for us, very quiet area at night and super close to a pretty and clean beach. A lovely place!
They don't offer breakfast, but you can have it at another location next door.
The flat would need a little refresh, but overall it's more than fine! Nothing to complain about.

The location itself is perfect, quiet, lovely beach with white sand in walking distance. Very peaceful.
The apartment was not as shown on the photos...it was very dark and damp (dew to a wall that was built above the windows level which wasn't visible on the booking.com photos)...there was no view...the immediate outside area very run down not inviting to sit outside and have your breakfast...which was not available despite the fact that it is on offer on booking.com. The owner was friendly enough but not interested in giving You any kind of info about local area, tips etc. When we asked about the breakfast, the owner sent us into a nearby village but did not mention they served breakfast in a next door accommodation....all in all the accommodation was very disappointing...we were booking for 4 people, let to believe there are 2 bedrooms in the apartment which was not the case...the second bed was not a proper bed at all and absolutely unsuitable for two people to sleep in. The kitchen utensils unsatisfactory.
We were asked to pay for our stay almost immediately after the arrival which has never happened to us before. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the apartment so after 5 hour journey we had to drive back to the village to get some.
The wifi is there and it's free but is not very reliable.

The location is good. A very beautiful beach only ~400 metres from the house, another beach maybe 100 metres away. The area is quiet. You are away from any crowds. But: you need a car to get here - or you have to walk for around 25 mins from Las Galeras downtown.
Our impression was that the apartment might once have been nice, but it looks like it has been neglected for some time. We did not expect any luxury, but this apartment is run-down. Most of the furniture/stove/fridge are old and quite shabby. No mosquito nets for the beds (there are rusty nets at the windows, but nevertheless, there were plenty of mosquitoes inside, so they bit us several times). Most times we did not have any warm water at all; 2 times we had some warm water for around 30 seconds. The kid´s bed is ugly, one bedsheet had a hole. Some of the towels the assistant of the owner gave us were not clean - and the whole apartment was not really clean when we entered it. Wifi: sometimes a little bit, sometimes no. We did not feel comfortable in this apartment. It is a pity.

Location, amazing surrounding, nice view points around, horses, animals..palm trees
Old dark part of house, uncomfortable bed and pillows, very old end-of-life furniture and tableware

Quiet location near two lovely beaches with beautiful sunset views. Ample parking, security and hot water. Very friendly and responsive host - overall a very good value for a typically expensive area.
Bed linens and pillows are a bit dated but otherwise comfortable.

Very close to a clean and non-crowded beach, romantic. With a perfect host and everything we needed.
Nothing, but be prepared for mosquitos with a repellent.

The area is very quiet. and peaceful. The beach is terrific and a 5 minute walk. The host is eager to help and readily available. Everything is secure and private.
The town is a quite far away. There are no supermarkets, stores, transportation or restaurants close. All the services are a 20-30 min. walk. Affordable scooter rentals are available on the property. The road to town is very good and with a car or scooter the distance to town is 10minutes

I do not recommend this place. The property proved quite hazardous! The plastic chairs were brittle and collapsed as soon as I sat down in one ! Furthermore the cheap nightstands fell forward as soon as they were opened more than 3 inches..spewing all my belongings located there to crash to the concrete floor. The bare linens were substandard At best and the pillows resembled half stuffed potato sacks. lastly the property owner was evasive i.e. could not care less about ameliorating the situation after demanding Cash up front upon arrival.

Very beautiful location, only 45 minutes walk to beautiful playa Madama. Owner was very nice and pleasant guy. Really liked our room as it was so authentic. And finally first time during our trip in this country we had a shower with a strong water pressure and really hot water!
The only cons was a pillows, really uncomfortable. How ever, for few nights it’s okay.
