The Risotto de Tinta de Calamar con merluza Y camarones al pil was EXCELLENT, one of the two best dinners we have had during our stay of 14 days.
don't get me wrong, i love dogs and have had dogs almost all of my 67 years but there were A LOT of dogs, and barking during the night. And the air conditioner makes weird noises when it turns on, like water running thru a pipe or wind whistling thru a door.

Room (type): we were upgraded to a super spacious room (‘San Lorenzo’) with terrace. Well designed and furnished.
Location: superb! Patagonia House is surrounded by forest and well kept gardens offering beautiful views. 5-10 minutes ride from city center and 45 minutes by car to Balmaceda airport. (Chp 9k pp in shared minivan that reception will help you to book in advance if desired)
Bed: Beds comfortable but double beds are in fact joined twins (so expect a crack in the middle)
Bathroom: outstanding and spacious. Good shower. Very nice soaps etc.
Wifi: superb
Bonus: The restaurant is absolutely outstanding (both for breakfast and for dinner). Apart from this, there are various friendly dogs (belonging to the hotel) that will love to join you for a walk (and be cuddled)
All in all a 5 star hospitality experience without it being a 5 star hotel.
nothing worth mentioning

Excellent location, close to town but feels very private. Very nice staff.

Absolutely stunning location and only 10 mins from the bus stop. The rooms were some of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. the best part was the owner Ruth and her staff. She was extremely helpful and proactive.

Bed was super comfy, breakfast was great and staff are really nice and helpful
even it was close to town, we enjoyed the green nature and were 2 min drive from town
Our room was facing the entrance of the area and to have privacy we had to close the dark shades completely
I would appreciate a blurrier lighter shades so you can still enjoy the view/sun even when in the room
but that not that bad

Great location on the outskirts of the city on the hill. Great views, with a big outdoor space that feels quite and secluded. Staff is attentive and friendly. We were the only people that stayed multiple days, but we really enjoyed the quite and peace. The Restaurant is amazing, easily the best place we ate at during our month long trip in Patagonia.

Pretty and the bed was comfortable. Frank was very friendly and went the extra mile
Our room was above a kitchen prep area. At 1030 pm there was still very loud pounding and music so my partner said something. They said they were almost finished and continued til 11pm. Also as soon as that stopped the 7 property dogs started barking. So if you have kids or need to go to sleep on the earlier side, maybe specify not the room above the prep area.

Location is great, located on a hillside in Coihayque. Check-in is quick and easy. Staff was overall friendly and breakfast was amazing. Their showers are hot and steady, and the soaps, shampoos and handgel smell fantastic. It was a good place to get some rest after driving the Carretera.
However, there were a few minor downsides that you wouldn’t expect at this price range. Our room was located next to the bar, which was inconvenient because everyone can easily look inside, or you have to keep the curtains closed at all times. The room was too warm because the central heating wouldn’t switch off. Our dinner order was taken twice, then mixed up with someone else’s. The risotto which they praised so much, was undercooked and still hard. Their ‘garden greens’ was only (very expensive) lettuce, nothing else. In Europe, I’ve spent less for better food and accommodation.

It is a beautiful place with comfortable and clean amenities.
It was a lonely check in process. No one was actually there to receive us.

This place is a little hidden gem in Coyhaique! Gorgeous views, jacuzzi, great rooms and small touches of details make it even lovelier. We loved Ruth's place so much, we returned 5 days later in our way back through Coyhaique. She lent us waders for fishing, we lounged in the jacuzzi after a long drive and even our dog was able to accompany us. The restaurant was super convenient with delicious food morning and night. Thanks, Ruth!!

Wonderful place in a quiet and beautiful area in Coyhaique. The rooms are really well kept, the restaurant has delicious food, the position is perfect. However the plus of this place is the owner. Ruth is a really nice person and she helped us organizing our activities and the rest of our trip. Totally recommended!
