Ikke godt ophold

Fællesfaciliteterne.

Svært at finde værelset i mørke. Lækkende vandrør/toilet gav konstant vand på gulvet i badeværelset. Værelset for lille til medbragt hund. Modtog på ankomstdagen besked om at den forventede (bestilte) morgenmad ikke var der pga sæsonon!

Mit einer nicht zu hoch geschraubten Erwartung kann man hier aber gut und preiswert übernachten.

Ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Insgesamt etwas hellhörig. Die automatischen Türschließer sind etwas stark eingestellt, so dass es die Türen eher zuknallt, als dass es sie "schließt". Das stört vor allem am Abend, aber nur dann, wenn einige Bewohner nicht wissen, dass man die Tür auch von Hand schließen kann.

Cute little stuga close to Visby.

We stayed in a dog friendly stuga. It was a very nice surprise to know that we did have a private bathroom. I didn’t know. There are two bunk beds, the space is limited but enough for us to move around. Easy access to Visby yet away from the noise. It was great to have access to breakfast buffet if we wanted to. My daughter enjoyed the playground and my doggy enjoyed having the forest right behind. Nice that dogs are welcome and that you don’t need to pay extra.

Would have been nice with a fridge with freezer and Mosquito nets in the windows. Our door lock didn’t work properly, it was a struggle to lock the cabin from the inside and outside.

Past it's Best Before rate but still decent value hostel

It's a relatively tidy place with well stocked kitchen available for guests to use. I found the continental style buffet breakfast acceptable in variety. Location is quiet, I would recommend a bicycle or a car for visiting Visby.

The place is starting to look a bit out of date with plastic mats peeling off in the showers etc. My pet peeve complaint is sound isolation and this place really has none whatsoever. You will hear your neighbours both in and out of the room and fingers crossed there isn't some jackass throwing a party at the grill 'cos that would quickly spoil the otherwise calm atmosphere.

Excellent hostel with warm welcoming staff

The location is a very calm place near the center with a bus stop nearby and yet away from the hustle bustle of the center. Our room overlooked the forest with a separate deck. The staff at the hostel were very helpful. They helped us with early check in, booking a taxi for the early check out and packing us an early breakfast. Very accommodating and had a warm welcoming attitude. If I come again to Visby I will definitely stay here again. Also each building had their own guest kitchen which was very well equipped in case someone wanted to prepare dinner instead of eating out.

Perfect location. Nice breakfast. Nice room. And Great surroundings.

The fridge in the room was very loud. The bathroom had a bad smell. Didn't complain about it though. Over all a great stay.

Nice accomodation for the price

Helpful staff, good breakfast and comy accomodation. Nice kitchen and fridge.

Not many options for public transport nearby. A bit small bathroom. Wifi sometimes wasn't working.

Enjoy staying, simple, u got everything u need. Beside u need bring your own bed set and towels, which was not mentioned

Simple, in a quite place, there is almost all what u need. Stores are close, a bit walk from center, but not dangerous far. 🙂
