j'ai fait une réservation a distance et dès mon arrivée il mon dit qu'il faut payé sur place et comme j'avais des soucis de carte bancaire,il voulait pas me confirmer la réservation,et voilà la surprise dès mon retour a mon pays il mon fait un retrait ,c'est vraiment du vol

قربه من الحرم الباب الخلفي امام باب الحرم القسم النسائي، واعجبني سرعة تجاوبهم لما انزعجنا من النزلاء اللي جنبنا وتمت ترقيتنا لسويت لراحتنا❤️

نأمل الحرص على عدم ازعاج النزلاء، كما نأمل الاهتمام بصيانة دورات المياه والمكيفات

كان موقع الفندق جيد جداً، ولكن للأسف كان تصريف مياة دورة المياة سيء، كما ان الموظفين كانو مزعجين بحيث يرغبون في اخراجنا من الفندق قبل وقت الخروج.

المكان نظيف و موقعه ممتاز اقل من 5 د للحرم المدني تعامل الموظفين راقي جداً اشكر الاخ عمر في الاستقبال .. الغرف مريحة و الاثاث نظيف ليست الزيارة الاخيرة باذن الله

Great staff, accomodate for family room request. parking free. internet fast. in room dining option.

Bathroom shower does not properly work. tv does not able to connect to powerline. refrigerator does not work properly.

غالى جدا على مكانه الاكل سيئ جدا الموظفين بيخين و مش بيبتسمه حتى فى وشك قالى هديكى غرفه على الفيو و الفندقه كله غير مطل بشكل مباشر على الحرم

اقمت في جناح تنفيذي المكان نظيف وقريب جداً من الحرم من الجهة الشمالية تعدد البوابات والمصاعد سهولة الدخول والخروج الاستجابة للطلبات عالية ومريحة جداً

لايوجد شي يستحق الا ان البهو صغيرة بعض الشي

Clean. Obviously due to COVID. Near to gate 18 (ladies). Check in staff Jaffer was very polite..

Check of rooms before check in is appreciated. Hinges of Bathroom door loose, cannot lock.

Wonderful staff and good location walking distance to Masjid Al Nabawi, but not a great hotel for the expensive price pe

The location is the only good thing about this hotel for the price you’ll pay.

I understand if this was a 2 or 3 star hotel, but for the price, everything was outdated and our room smelled like smoke. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere.

Excellent location, English speaking friendly staff and everything anyone wants on their trip to mad

Friendly staff who could speak English was a plus as I was travelling from England and local Arabic language wasn't my forte. It was one of the closest after the first row of buildings, it was so close that when prayer stars sometime we leave after it has even started and we were able to join. Facilities were topped up daily all commodities were close by so excellent all around.

Room had a connecting fire exit which onnects to next room though a door and this dor wasn't very well sound proof, but it didn't bothered me or disturb me.

Amazing staff, amazing location and a very clean hotel

everything was amazing, from the staff to the location of how close Masjid Nabawi is.

Breakfast has a wide variety but for us Brits it is lacking maybe one or two items like Baked Beans. Regardless it was still amazing

Always there is a room for improvement

4 beds were set up in a small room, very tight and no room for breathing but full 4 adults room rate were charged. Seems un-professional business activities, which is expected from this kind of Hotels

there was no wait measuring scale in the room even in the Hotel, which is unbelievable; Moreover, bed setting ( which can be fixed easily) and Toilet commode setting is not followed by Islamic guide line.

Excellent location but payment system must change !

The Hotel is centrally located within a couple of minutes direct walk to Masjid An Nawabi. It is also opposite Bin Dawud supermaket and the Taiba Centre shopping mall. Due to the hotels location is was very easy to reach the masjid for each salah

When we booked the hotel on Booking.com it was on the basis that payment is to be made to the hotel upon arrival even though I was perfectly happy to pay online by credit card. 1 week before our arrival the hotel was messaging us daily that they are unable to process our credit card payment and to transfer the money to their bank account. I was reluctant to send all money in SAR incase something went wrong so decided to send a payment of 1 nights fee as a deposit. Despite requesting the hotel to confirm receipt they did not. We found the cost of breakfast (GBP33 p.p.) and lunch/dinner (£45 p.p) at the hotel to be extortionately high but as we had young children with us we were forced to pay on some days where we could not eat elsewhere.

Poor value for your money -look elsewhere!

Liked the location

Very poor value for money. Charges for rooms were very high and not worth the money charged. I had to ask for iron and ironing board as non provided in room. Breakfast was extra and not included despite high room charges.
