Un lieu paisible

La vue, les repas d’une grande qualité, tous les extérieurs

La route pour y accéder est une vraie route de montagne qui se finit par un chemin praticable en voiture. Le lieu se mérite et la vue est exceptionnelle

Wonderful location.

Stunning location with spectacular views. Warm and friendly hosts and wonderful food. Great position to visit lots of lovely places, we went to Besalu (make sure you eat at Oliveras), L'Escala, Girona and then into France for Perpignan and Collioure.

If you are hiring a car for your holiday make sure it is a 4x4 it will make the dirt track easier. The floor and rugs in our room needed a better hoover each day, but a very minor point and would not stop us visiting again and highly recommending a stay here.

The staff was so sweet. It’s definitely worth visiting. ❤️

The view was extraordinarily beautiful. Breathtaking. The pool was lovely and clean. We can definitely recommend it.

The road to the hotel was a bit tough. It’s very small and it’s going up hill . We were luck we did not have to pass another car on the way up. I don’t think that’s possible.

The place is wonderful. It has amazing views and it's lovely for a tranquil stay. If you're a mountain lover it's definitely a great place. The room was comfortable, and a great detail is the choice of different types of pillows.

The room cleanness could be improved.

Great weekend for a romantic getaway

Great location & views with amazing local food and even better service, Roser & Hector are the perfect hosts

Some of the furniture could use a bit of maintenance work better but this is to be expected from a rural house

Hotel Mas Prat is just wonderful! Gorgeous property with the best view, friendly staff, delicious restaurant, cozy fire and tranquil private spa. We booked on a whim looking for a relaxing few days away and this hit the mark.

Not as expected from the website.

The view was lovely and it was an escape from busy life. The food was good.

The property was hard to locate and it wasn’t clear how rough the track would be. The property seemed poorly maintained. Our bathroom needed modernising.

Amazing it did exactly what we wanted the stay for, a rest, ability to work and visit a key supplier

It was a hotel that welcomed dogs and we were travelling with our Vizler Bella. It was a hide away hotel as it was at the top of a mountain and only one way in it was perfect. The owners Roser and Hector were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was good and there are better at the front with valley views and terraces. It was restful unhurried and the evening meal very good with a terrace looking out into the mountains. We stayed on the terrace and were able to connect to the internet and work. Great walks and you are only 15mins from civilisation. It is all good and there are spa facilities there if you want them plus an infinity swimming pool.

Nothing or it would take the charm of the place away.

Views to die for and very friendly helpful hosts.

Breakfast was a good choice and nicely laid out. plenty to eat. GREAT coffee. Dinner menu was a good selection, we ate in for the three nights and the meals were very tasty. Desserts you couldn't say no to!. The view was marvellous, outstanding. Could not stop looking. The hosts were very friendly and easy.

Spectacular views and food!

The dinner was exceptional! Great produce and selection. View was magnificent and calming. Great wellness centre at extra cost. Staff were really nice and professional.

Rooms were quite old fashioned with design.

Totally disappointing. An overpriced amateurish set up with nothing to commend it.

The view and the owner's dog. Nothing else at all.

The bathroom was appalling and the waste bin hadn't been emptied since the previous guests which is bad enough at any time but post Covid disgusting. The overpowering smell of air freshener produced headache and raised the question of what exactly it was intended to conceal. The 'spa' was non-existent, a joke, and certainly did not justify the pretentious title given and the price was way over the top. we had previously been at a truly professional spa hotel in Spain which was excellent and couldn't be faulted for considerably less money. The breakfast was poor. We were glad to get away from the hotel, which we did as soon as possible.

Excellent stay in unique environment in Alta Garrotxa

Stunning views with infinite pool. Delicious buffet type breakfast included. Excellent restaurant service. Owners were great and paid special attention to details all the time. Good spa and great chill out area outdoors. I'd definitely come back.

Sauna temperature in the spa too low, it felt like nothing. Bed was comfy but too many pillows. Wardrobe door was difficult to open/close. Prices are high so you leave the place with the feeling it's a good value for money but not great.
