Sehr zentrale Lage in einer in die Jahre gekommenen Unterkunft

Sehr zentrale Lage in Denham. Ordentlich Platz und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer bieten auch Exkursionen an - wir waren mit einer Allrad-Fahrt in den Francois Peron Park sehr zufrieden. Täglicher Besuch von Emus im Hof.

Ambiente: alles funktioniert aber es hat den Charme der 70er Jahre Bis auf den Ausflug (s.o.) gab es keinen Personalkontakt. In vier Tagen gab es keine frischen Handtücher. Die Kommunikation nach Buchung fand ich unschön: Verlinkung auf einen Rant über die ach so schrecklichen Buchungsportale und zum Ende eine lange Aufzählung der Vertragsstrafen bei nicht gewünschtem Verhalten der Mietenzahler(Gäste?).

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Loved seeing the bay from our courtyard

We loved coming back to the villa each day after our outings. It was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved having my own private laundry with a washing machine and access to clothes line as we had so much washing after being away for a while.

Great location , walking distance to everything even the emus walked by down the road which was kinda weird to see.

Nothing not to like , if I had to be really picky there was no view other than another unit and their car but not something that can be changed it’s just the layout and like I said I’m really being picky , I would definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to Denham, made memorable by the choice of location.

the window type AC was not sufficient for the room size, and the vent positioning was inoperable so directing cool air to the back wall only. Apart from that everything else was very acceptable

Nice place to stay in Denham near the beach

Easy contact-free checkin process; nice, spacious and comfortable villa. Great location; the beachside is just a couple of minutes walk away, and driving to Monkey Mia the following morning was very easy. WiFi was okay.

Air conditioning takes a little while to kick in. Needed to clear out a few distracting flies hanging around in the room before we could properly settle in, but such is the climate here.

The owners are great and given us a lot of helpful tips .

All good. There was few issues , which should have picked up by the room cleaners or room organisers - such as - the light near toilet doesn’t work , it blinks and blinks.and when rented for 6 people , little bit more plates, bowls for Breaky 😂😂😂. But overall I am very very pleased with the money we paid and the service and hospitality we received . Will 100% book again .:)

Clean, spacious, functional, well maintained and centrally located.

Perhaps Owner can install functioning locks on the side door leading to back yard area and windows? We were a little concerned about the overall security of our belongings left in the unit as our backyard leads out to the main entrance with no barrier gate. And, the door that opens to the backyard from within the unit can easily be compromised. Maybe crime is near non existent in Monkey Mia? Then again we come from crime-addled NYC. So our guards are always up. Had the loveliest stay tho.

Wonderful and relaxing getaway.

Great place to explore Shark Bay. The villa is very convenient and well located. We had a very warm and generous welcome from the owner who gave us great advice about the area and where to spot wildlife.
