This place is just perfect if you have very active kids. They have plenty of green space to run around, a swimming pool and a playground. The apartments and the outdoor areas are immaculate. The location is great to visit all the beautiful beaches in the area and to go wine tasting.
Our one-bedroom apartment was a bit too small to keep in the bedroom our bed and the cot of our baby. The hotel beach was a bit disappointing, but it is still great to have.

Great location and facilities. The water is shallow at the beach, so very safe for small children (though less fun for older kids). Pool is great, room is clean and has all you need for a fantastic vacation.
+1 the matrasses are fantastic quality, great to see they were not saving on this.

Location and really nice personnel
A lot of ants and electricity problems

Well trained and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Chef accommodated dietary restrictions. Restaurant and hotel staff wonderful, they want to please their guests. Quiet and relaxing location—good for reading a book or entertaining small children. Facilities are clean (beach, restaurant, pool, etc).
Bottom of the sea floor at this location is rocky, bring water shoes to walk in the water. Wi-Fi is not functional except in the lobby (or 5 percent of the time in your room such as in the middle of the night when no one else is using it). The hotel staff blames it on poor “Corsica Wi-Fi” when the issue is the hotel hasn’t updated their system to meet the demand.

Nothing, really. This property should be de-listed from booking.com, in my opinion.
- Internet almost never worked properly for the entire stay. I think they should install more routers and modems around the facility.
- The beds were so old and uncomfortable that it was impossible to have a good sleep.
- the pillows were one type and super high. I had never seen anything like this before in any other hotel.
- the establishment was so old that it needs a renovation quickly, in my opinion.
- They give you one roll of toilet paper for the entire week. you need to pay for the second one
- They want you to clean the hotel (properly) before you leave. If you dont so it well, they come and check the room, and charge you 40€ for cleaning. (I’m gine with this concept, but it shouldn’t exist on booking.com, imo.)
- The hotel is super expensive. You get pretty much nothing for your money.
- There’s a beach, but the water isn’t swimmable.
- the kitchen equipments were sloppy and cheap. (but they will charge you high if you break any of them.

Exceptionally friendly and kind staff! Very clean rooms with fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds. Perfect swimming pool. Nice surroundings. Convenient parking. Option to have fresh baguettes and croissants delivered every morning was great.
Wifi is so slow that is basically unusable. Beach is nice but water level is very low (but plenty of other fantastic beaches reachable by car in 15-30 mins). AC works fine but the unit is only located in the living room, would be nice to have one in the bedroom too (solution that works fine: leave the door to the living room open and set AC there to max for night - not too “green” though)

Amazing helpful staff, 24/7. Really exceptional customer care 👌
Lovely apartment with mountain views, nice refreshing pool, tennis courts, kayak hire, beachside resteraunt. Big grounds to wander around. This is an Incredible place.
Just a bit far from town center but its so lovely it didn't really matter

Staff is definitely one of the biggest assets of this place. Friendly, helpful, flexible, nice, professional.
The garden, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the playground, the sea view, the tennis court… All with minimum damage to the authentic natural features.
Wi-fi connection is poor.

Paese Serenu is an excellent solution to enjoy the area of Porto Vecchio and its stunning beaches, which are all within a 15-20 minutes range (by car). The town of Porto Vecchio is 5 minutes away by car. The area is very well served. Besides its strategic position, the residence is impeccable in itself: all the property is kept perfectly clean, the apartments are well sized and equipped, the personnel at the reception excels in courtesy and availability, the small beach and cosy swimming pool offer relaxing spots for less adventurous days. A small market at the reception and the possibility to order freshly baked bread and pastry for the morning are some further pluses. All in all, a great stay.
Everything was really perfect, the place allowed for a super nice family vacation. A small suggestion could be to include trash bins for paper and plastic inside the perimeter of the resort. Also, the VMC in our apartment will have to be fixed to avoid excessive noise, but that was absolutely irrelevant to the enjoyment of our vacation (we just switched it off, given that the bathroom had windows)

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained and lovely. It was nice to be able to order croissants for the mornings! The restaurant is nice, but is separate from the hotel.
The beach is pretty to look at but you can’t swim there. It’s too shallow. They were a bit cheap on the extras. Ex. 1 garbage sack, 1roll of tp for a week with 4people? The rooms are tiny and you can’t see the ocean.

We had a great one week stay at residence. Apartment was sufficient, with good equipment in the kitchen. Area around property is very nice (beautiful garden, nice small beach with beautiful view, infinity pool). Location is very good, just nearby selection of supermarkets and very close to Porto Vecchio and local beaches. Car is needed. Very nice staff at the reception....everyone who talked with is was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Great stay!
We would like airco in the bedroom and not living room.

Nice modern apartment, well equipped, nice restaurant
Small rooms in the apartment, no escalator for luggage, playground for kids was not very lovely, beach area with rough sand was not too lovely but okay
