Exceptional

We arrived for only 1 night to Handhorf, to see the famous leaves fall. If we knew how amazing this place is, we would stay there for at least 3 nights. The house was so clean, spacious and comfortable, the host was so lovely and helpful. We had a natural atmosphere inside and around the house which also was very quiet, although only 3 minutes away by foot to the main street. Thank you so much!

the Host Vanessa was amazing, explained well how everything worked, nothing was too much, well equiped kitchen, condiments, cereal, large bottle of fresh milk all suppled, we arrived after dark on a cool night and she had thoughtfully preheaet the unit with the A/C

Vanessa made us very welcome and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

lovely garden setting. Peaceful and secluded. Great being able to feed the birds and watching them fly to and from their feeding tray. Nice spacious rooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great spa bath. A very well presented unit and everything very clean.

Great stay in historic town

This was a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the Adelaide Hills. It was an easy walk to the main town centre which had a number of wonderful restaurants and shops. The german heritage is very evident and is a very picturesque area. There are several wineries nearby. The room was upstairs and we were delighted with the number of birds - cockatoos, parrots, galahs etc. that gathered below our balcony in the morning and evenings. The room is spacious with a separate bedroom and is beautifully styled with all the amenities we required. The hosts are lovely and provided very helpful information on the surrounding area. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay among the birds.

Stayen in the Wren room. Well-equipped, older style, little "cottage" with everything you could possibly want or need, and a deck looking onto the most delightful garden full of beautiful birds. Good shower (plus a spa bath). Very close to Hahndorf shops. Easy parking. Aircon kept the room cool on a hot day.

Lots of little notes telling you what to do/not do, but I guess not all guests are thoughtful!

Excellent location and size for families.

The on-site parking was very appreciated. Hahndorf when we went was exceptionally busy, the off street parking was a must and the location was perfect. A minutes walk and BAM on the main street. I would stay again. The size of the accommodation was excellent. For us it had everything needed. The host even left Magnesium by the spa.

Nope. Was perfect. I loved looking out the window and seeing the greenery and hearing the birds. The parking spot included was a little challenging for me but I've a super big car and managed it fine.

Hahndorf Vist

There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Air con worked well to heat up the rooms. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of milk, tea and coffee. It was about a 5 min walk to the main street and we waked in for dinner and shopping. Loved the views and the birds that visited in the morning. You felt.away from the bustle. Hosts were excellent.

Overall a relaxing, peaceful spot to sit back and enjoy the beauty of nature.

A very beautiful garden and the birds were lovely to watch. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We will be back

The Spa bath was a bit small so we didn't bother using it.

Plenty of room to relax.

A very spacious apartment with all appointments at a high standard. The location in Hahndorf was very good, and we explored all the less touristy villages. I chose this apartment because it had a washing machine.

Relaxing and memorable.

It was a wonderful restful stay, very quiet and a great spa bath. I loved the birds. It was close to town so we could go out for tea easily and the tea and coffee was great too.
