Gut für einen kurz Visite.

Der hoteleigene Shuttle war angenehm. Er fuhr uns in die nähere Umgebung

Habe mich kurz entschlossen noch zwei Tage länger zu bleiben. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt. Am Swimmingpool waren zum Teil die Auflagen der Liegen erheblich beschädigt. Auch das Angebot beim Frühstück hat sich nicht wesentlich verändert. Manche Dinge sieht man erst auf den zweiten Blick

Was pretty scared when to read bad reviews about rude staff. They were not the most professional but they did their job good enough. I would stay here again even if the staff isnt friendly.

Excellent clean property. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Comfortable, clean, cozy place for rest. Breakfast is superb, various selections, feel warm with supplies of yogurt in buffet breakfast. I was having my breakfast at 11:00 am and they were thoughtful to have a diverse amount of foods like roasted chicken, noodles, rice, tofu, sushi, juiced, coffee, eggs, vegetables, sweet sour pork, thai soup etc Rooms have balconies and since cannabies is legal in Thailand, it was good to knock myself out. The beds are comfy and not as hard compared to my previous experience.

Sometimes the cleaners felt rushed and when they cleaned the room, they forgot to re-stock the shampoo, shower gel and sometimes empty the kitchen bin. So I had to place it at the door entrance the following day and even bought my own shower gel and body lotion.

Kylpylä/kuntosali oli viihtyisä. Ravintola siisti ja hyvin palveleva. Uima-altaat toimivia - käytin molempia.

Aluksi en tiennyt, että hotelli kuljetti lähistölle ilmaiseksi. Joku mainos olisi ollut hyvä.

Huge room executive suite massive TV with 200 channels nice balcony food amazing and room service excellent shops just across the street

No hot water only tepid ,water leak in ceiling from Aircon on roof ,very bad sewage smell all around outside of hotel not a good view from balcony 😔

The Suite looks very nice and has a lot of different lights. The beds are soft.

The service is not like a 5 star hotel. We paid for the suite including breakfast. In the morning at breakfast we asked for 2 hot chocolates. We got 2 cups of hot chocolate and after breakfast we should pay 110 baht for it. Unbelievable. After consultation with the manager, we don't have to pay for it. For us it was like a bad joke, this has never happened to us in our lives. The breakfast doesn't allow for a large selection when it comes to food either. This is not like a 5 star hotel, even if the suite/ room was fine. The sink in the bathroom has cold water only. Is this 5-star?

If I ever visit Pattaya again, I know where to stay.

Two swimming pools, billiards, minigolf, sauna... I just wanted to stay inside the hotel. Breakfast. Our room was large and beautiful.

Very restricted opening hours of the sauna. No dumbbells in the gym (only machines).

I Love KTK.

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years and they never fail to impress me. The staff are so so friendly and attentive and it is just such a lovely place to stay. The facilities are tremendous and it is outstanding value for money.

very comfortable and relaxing stay. also the massage business attached to the hotel was also fantastic. would (and will)

great location - away from the real hustle and bustle of Soi Buakhao and other Soi’s. a nice gentle 5 minute stroll to the main busy night club and bar areas when needed and then was nice to retreat back to PattayaKlang away from it all.

* clean everyday * good big rooms * Room screaming staff very polite and nice * long hours for buffet breakfast 7-12

Too many to mention .. * All staff on they’re mobile phones in front of you * dirty pools,rubbish left in pool area for days.. * No service for food or drinks on the pools etc , if you don’t ask they don’t approach anyone * far away from Pattaya action -40 min waking * only has 6 pool beds ..if you don’t grab one early that’s it * Reception staff some of them are fake and don’t care with u * the lift …the hotels only lift does not work properly,has no service stamp * Reception staff very forgetful when you ask something and you have to recall them constantly even when for example the air conditioning breaks twice * ashtrays full for days .. see photo .. * CCTV cameras missing on floors ..see photo * buffet breakfast changes often but you can tell it’s definitely catering for Asian couisine more than anything * I could be here all morning writing how bad this hotel is .. basically I wouldn’t return ,overall I stayed there for 3 weeks and 3 days was more than enough for me,not recommended .
