Staff friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. City centre nearby with many shopping facilities. Station not far away (around 25 minutes walk, but better take a taxi for around 7 GBP). This accomodation is a real good alternative for a short trip to London considering the many poor, dirty and expensive hotels in London. Will definitely come back for the next London trip.

Bar mostly understaffed, only one person taking care of orders. Especially in the evening long queues, sometimes waiting 15 minutes to order something to drink.

we were out all day on the Saturday until 9pm and we got to out room and the door was open , and looked like it had been open all day with a card for electric left in the slot, likely nothing was missing

we stayed for 3 weeks. We had to keep on reminding them almost every day for cleaning room. How ever the staff was polite and the reception people are super efficient. A good place for a training program which was within hotel. Breakfast was exact same all days which was filling but boring. The food alcarte was good.

Breakfast is plenty of variety and delicious. Tried Dinner menu for first time and the Angus burger was unreal would 100% recommend and waited no longer than 10mins for my food.

The location

There was a seating area right outside my room on the 3rd floor, I had to ask other guests to be quiet after 11pm at night while I was trying to sleep. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The food quality in the restaurant was poor
