Wonderful ! Great value of money

I love the location with the mountain view. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the french window and free Netflix! Im so appreciated that you provide microwave and hair dryer ( very thoughtful) Any staff responded messages so quick!

That would be great if there was a dish sponge The shower water pressure was bit weak The bathroom sink was bit clogged

Very very disappointing, the place is up for sale and the property have deteriorated badly.

Firstly the Clouds Montville were quite accommodating as we were up for a wedding and family were staying at Clouds Mapleton and they transferred us to Mapleton. But that’s were things went downhill. The property is very rundown the cabins smells of dampness and we found out why, the drainpipe in the shower was blocked then the toilet backed up, yet no suggestions of a cut price or anything.

As above, We didn’t like the property at all

Needs some things repaired

Location, tranquillity and size and comfort of the room

All I wanted was a bath and to have a sleep in.The spa was broken and the blind was missing so the room was bright in the morning which meant we were unable to sleep in.

Clean, modern and cozy!

Clean, modern and cozy. Simple (modern) interiors and living spaces you can feel comfortable in. As a bit of a clean freak, I felt very at ease here. Lovely shower and a heated towel rack! Perfect for these colder months. Plenty of kitchen bench space. Massive TV. Extra blankets available and an easy to use AC system. Easy to find location with a great view of the sunrise. Plenty of parking available.

A couple more of the softer pillows would have been lovely. Regardless, Clouds will be our pick when we return!

Good

The offer of drinks and chips. Great idea! Loved the size of the room. Loved that we could sit comfortably on the couch or at the table. Bed was firm but very comfortable.

I would have loved replacement shampoo and conditioner. That's all!

A cute cottage and stay but very dirty. Be prepared to clean everything before you unpack!

The location is great

The cottage is in need of a good clean, the headboard was covered in dead insects and my husband had to clean it the best he could as there was no vacuum. Everywhere was dirty and dusty, the windows were particularly bad. Noticed the bath was leaking at the bottom. No black out blinds where the bath or shower are. Cutlery, plates, cups and glasses needed to be washed prior to use. The breakfast was complimentary however was very basic so we decided to pass on the next day and head into town for Brekky. No staff there at Brekky and others staying were also surprised and disappointed about this. Air con in cottage had no heat and the light in bathroom the heat didn’t work either.

Good for views but no catering facilities on site other than week-ends and a long drive to either Montville or Maleny.

We did not ask for a disabled access bathroom and this is something we really do not like. Also there are no catering facilities on site other than week-ends. Finally, it would be good if a trolley were provided to transport luggage.

Disappointed. Definitely not a 4 star standard hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the check in process was well explained in emails received prior to arrival.

The photos of the grounds misrepresented the actual condition of the property. It needs significant upkeep and maintainence. The grounds were overgrown, there were rips in the shadecloth at the BBQ area which was dirty and unuseable. There was no reception or persons onsite, and when we booked we were advised online that it was fully booked and only the disabled room was available for us. On arrival there appeared to be only 4 rooms occupied, and the adjoining rooms and cottages were vacant. The restaurant and cafe are closed, and there was no signage to indicate what other dining was available which was disappointing given no shops or restaurants were within walking distance.

All the bugs at night. The door was completely covered in them and they were inside the unit. In the morning the ants were moving in to feast on the dead bugs.

the gentleman at reception was very helpful and lovely. Unfortunate that the staff at breakfast were not very welcoming and had no personalities. Maybe they should not be around customers.

Location and view was amazing! Best spot for a weekend in Montville

The location of this property is amazing! We had this beautiful view from the balcony, where we happily enjoyed wine and cheese from the local shops. The perfect place to stay for a weekend away in Montville.

We were given free breakfast vouchers when we checked-in, though after the first morning we decided not to use the second one for the second morning. We felt like the staff didn't want to help us; we were unable to get a coffee as the coffee machine wasn't working and nobody was there to help. Happy we didn't pay for this breakfast.

great place for a Holliday, beautiful country town

beautiful location and view

our room wasn’t freshened up during our 3 night stay, fresh towels and replenish of tea and coffee would hv been nice. the receptionist was a little flat when we arrived, didn’t feel the love! no option for dinner, cafe was closed early afternoon.

Cute & quiet stay but cleanliness could be improved.

Cute building, nice view from upstairs rooms and balcony, very quiet. Staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. Pool area would be great in summer. Free continental breakfast and barista coffee are a really nice bonus. Parking is easy and plentiful.

Obvious stains on bed sheets, not sure why these weren't replaced. No bin in kitchenette area (only tiny bathroom bin). Coffee cups not clean. Can't close window vent in bathroom (it was a cold night!).
