Bright is absolutely beautiful but accommodation is expensive. Pool looked reasonably good but too cold for swimming when we were there.
Arrived late afternoon to locked reception. Had to phone a number to find out where cabin was and realised there was an email later. Key left in the door. Living space very small, kitchen dishes a bit lacking, expected to empty your own rubbish. Didn't see any staff during our stay. Cabin was right at the right of the main road behind a hedge so could hear everything driving by. Bathroom ok. Heater worked but slow to start. Very expensive for what you get. A basic, tired cabin by the main road.

Was easy to find cabin was a fair size for the price. Key was left in door so didn’t have to chase it up when we arrived
Cabin was close to the road so alot of traffic noise. After reading reviews about the water we took bottles to boil for coffee unfortunately the kettle and pots are tainted and left a really bad tasting coffee. There was a inside games room on the website but we walked around and couldn’t find it.

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and cozy.
The heater was already on when we entered the room which was fantastic. After a few hours we felt not as warm as expected so we checked all windows and realised some windows were opened (behind curtains). We will check all windows next time to save the heater.

Location is easy. It's near where we need to be and conveniently near the tram stop.
Nothing.

Self check in was very easy. Didn't get to use the pool as it was a bit chilly but still nice surrounds, had everything we needed.
A bit outdated.

The pool was very useful
Stove was only half working, rangehood light had to be replaced. Cabin was very noisy . Given how few patrons there were I think we could have been given a cabin that did not front the highway. Staff were not obviously around. Would not recommend.

We loved the Villa's. They were big enough and had everything we needed. We really likes the smaller shallow area of the pool for the younger kids, the playground and camp Kitchen. There were 5 families catching up so these spaces were great to gather in. We liked that it was small and an easy walk to each others cabins.

It was ok. Was a last-minute stay and only availability in Bright over the new year for 2 nights. Stayed in a cabin which had a double bed in the lounge & a triple bunk. The room is small but had everything we needed, including aircon & a full size fridge. Parking was available right next to the cabin. Beds were comfy & managed to sleep ok after 10-11pm when the park finally quietens down for the night. Before then we had constant noise/talking, basketballs bouncing & noises from the nearby cabins which are located so close together.
The pool was great & clean, with a grassed area to sit while watching kids play. No shade over the pool all day tho so be prepared with lots of sunscreen
Check-in was done with no contact, & I received a text & email at 2.30pm with instructions. Considering check-in time was meant to be from 2pm, it’s lucky we arrived closer to 3pm.
Bathroom is tiny and right next to the kids bunks, so if you have light sleepers that can be an issue. The sink is outside of the bathroom & right next to the bunks. No hairdryer provided so BYO.
No sound-proofing, could hear every door opening & footsteps etc. Kids took a while to fall asleep the first night with all the banging noises we could hear.
Worst part of the stay was no WIFI available for guests at all and there is barely any phone signal. Not really acceptable in 2023 & considering how much we paid to stay per night. Very poor when you want to be able to research things to do during your stay & you have zero internet! Had to go into town which is about a 5min drive.
Would probably not choose to stay again, and something as simple as adding internet/WIFI for guests would completely improve the experience of staying here.
Yes it’s nice to ‘switch off’ sometimes, but as mentioned, it is needed for basic things like travel research & staying in contact with family etc (single mum with kids who FaceTime their dad in the evenings before bed)

Clean cabin. Utilities were in good condition.
Mattresses on bunks were to thin.
People playing music late into night, passed midnight, very annoying.
Need emergency lighting, power went out and it was total darkness in park. Without torches would be impossible to get around to toilet or find way around cabin.

Fantastic bushland location - other people have mentioned the noise from the highway but it wasn’t an issue for us. The cabins were clean and the beds were comfy. The site amenities were great - good sized and very clean pool, excellent well equipped camp kitchen.
The cabins were a bit old and tired, but functioned well.
