Extremely bad

I liked nothing about the hotel as the staff were extremely rude I will never come back to the hotel as one the front seat staf was trying to be racist with us I couldn’t get the name but it was a guy and he was extremely rude I would adivse the hotel to replace him or give him some training

Nice stay in A La Carte Da Nang, very nice staff and clean hotel , great location and lots of eating out options availab

We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is clean and smells wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. SPA services were calming, you can even take a shower after receiving your massage. Located in the heart of My Khe beach.

Located at the heart of My Khe beach can be a blessing or a cursing. You just need to cross the street to get to several nice bars. But some of them have loud music until 2-3 in the morning, and when we stayed there was a marketing event - they built a stage on the beach, and the music from that place was nonstop. We stayed in a room facing the city and music was loud. If you can sleep with earplugs (provided by the hotel), you will be fine. Pool closes at 7pm. It wasn't an is issue for us, but maybe some travelers enjoy a night swim.

Amazing experience

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They did their best to be sure we had a wonderful stay at their hotel. The location is just perfect, you just have to cross the street and you are on the beach. A lot of facilities around, restaurants, stores and pharmacies.

They have nothing to do with that, it's not their fault but almost every evening there is noisy music on the beach until 12 am, so put some ear plugs in your bag.

Nice hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. I was graciously upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning sea view, providing the perfect backdrop to my stay. The beautiful swimming pool added to the tranquility, offering a serene escape. The hotel's quiet comfort and strategic beachside location were additional highlights, making exploration easy. Mixed Experiences - Not how it looks

I recently stayed at A la carte and found it to be a mixed experience overall. One of the standout features is its excellent location, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to various attractions. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome throughout my stay. However, there were notable drawbacks that impacted my overall satisfaction. One major inconvenience was the lack of changing rooms at the infinity pool on the 23rd floor. Additionally, the absence of a shower room created an uncomfortable situation where guests had to change inside the toilet in the adjacent cafeteria. Walking through the cafeteria to the toilet posed another issue. Guests, drenched in water, had to navigate through a space where others were dining, creating an awkward and inconvenient experience. This aspect significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Another point of concern was the inconsistent practice of taking a deposit. While I was asked to provide a deposit of 10.00.000 VND at check-in, it seemed that not all guests were subjected to the same requirement. It was not mentioned at the time of booking the hotel room. This lack of uniformity in their policies left me questioning the transparency and fairness of their procedures. In conclusion, despite the hotel's positive aspects such as its prime location and courteous staff, the issues related to the pool facilities and deposit policies were significant enough to impact the overall satisfaction of my stay. Addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the guest experience

부킹닷컴에서 무료로 비치뷰로 업글해서 완전 가성비 대박되었음.. 그리고 레이트체크아웃 2시까지는 저렴하게 할 수 있어서 굿굿 바다보이고 룸이 이뻐서 좋았어요 욕조도 있는 방이여서 b

상온에 물 두병은 무료나 냉장고에 물은 유료임!! 거기다가 비쌈 7만동이였나.. 4천 얼마 ㅋㅋ 아무도 안내해준적x 모르고 먹었다가 체크아웃할때 차징되었는데 사기당한 기분 잠깐 느꼈음. 방앞 해변에 비치클럽이 있었고 밤 늦게까지 둥둥둥 했음 예민한 사람이면 못잘정도? 그래서 업글해줬구나 생각하긴 했는데 둘다 잘 자는 사람들이라 잘 잤습니다.

Great location and view. Good breakfast options. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Poor lighting for reading in bed. Bedside table lamp too low and weak. Had to shift tall lamp from by tv to by bed so I could see to read at night. Needs good light higher up in wall or ceiling by bed.

We had a beautiful room which so much space and a great view to the ocean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The dinner menu was very nice and full of choice. The rooftop pool was fabulous and the gym was reasonably well eqipped

Noisy hotel. Booking com app was hacked

The breakfast was very nice. The room had a good layout. It was modern. The bed was nice and firm. The infinity pool is beautiful. It’s close to the beach and other restaurants

The room is not well sound proof and it’s noisy . The windows are not double glazed. We can hear the street noises during the night and early morning including a loudspeaker broadcasting the national news. The messaging services of booking com app was hacked and I received messages from scammers pretending to be from the hotel asking for my credit card details

Great stay, great location wonderful views from the infinity pool. Very relaxing!

The property was in a great location with lots of places to eat close by. The Spa was lovely, and well priced.

We really didn’t have many negative comments about this property. The only thing we found was the pool area gets very hot and some umbrellas would be nice to escape the heat and maybe have pool towels readily available as we had to ask for towels every time.

Breakfast was great, as it provide variety of food to the hotel guests and most of the food were in Vietnamese style. Swimming pool just okay because the size a bit too small, you can’t really enjoy to swim but the view was spectacular me and my fam don’t mind spending the whole day to stay at there. Even the bar was great as well right beside the pool, a great place to chill and relax. Remember to look out for their promotion on cocktail, as it quite worth of money.

I booked 2 bed room suite, for me the living room used up too many spaces and both rooms are small, same goes to the washroom. Balcony, the walkway to balcony was too narrow as the sliding door of the balcony just beside the dressing table, whoever want to go to the balcony need to move away the chair and walk through, it way too troublesome. Another ‘surprise’ from the hotel was the hairdryer way too old, it need to take a long time to dry your hair, end up everyone gave up on drying their hair.

Central location but consider what you need from the property.

We selected accommodation that was central, on the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants; all true. It turned out to be a bad choice for 2 factors we had not considered: it was across the road from a “club” that went to after 3am (the property did offer us ear plugs) and the roof pool was a hot, barren, unfriendly area, and for older travelers, unusable ladders to access the water. The "coffee shop" off the foyer, provided a reasonable range of items that we enjoyed.

The "room" had a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and small fridge! Useful except there was no cutlery or crockery. The airconditioner which had ample capacity for the hot Da Nang summer blew air from fixed vents in the plasterwork, and straight onto your face in the main bed.

The room was big with additional toilet- very convenient, the view was great, the breakfast was nice, the pool was very unique, the bar had a great view and good service

there were no capsules for coffee machine and we couldn’t purchase them from the hotel staff - no supply. the kitchenette was useless- no pans, no plates, only a kettle and even the power point was not working or disconnected

A fantastic stay - one of the best places to stay at DaNang beach!

We have been staying at A La Carte since 2018 and enjoyed every visit in the family delight two bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic, the staff are always super helpful and we love to keep returning to this hotel.

Having stayed here for as long as we have we have on this trip we started to notice that some cosmetic updates to the building are due. That being said it is still super clean and you won’t be disappointed in having booked this hotel. We are extremely mindful that the world’s hotels have been hit hard by Covid and will take some time to recover and recoup after many hard years.
