Kids were excited and then scared by the cockroach mafia

Plenty of room, Cindy from the management was great

The furnishings were uncomfortable and seemed like they were possibly curb side collect treasures. I know that seems harsh but the lay out of the apartment and your staff definitely kicked goals! It was the furniture and the infestation of tiny cockroaches that let you down. Easy things to fix! Again Cindy was great.

Good for a short stay but don't count on getting any peace and quiet.

The rooms are spacious.

We could not get into our room because they left us a room key which did not work for after hours check-in. This meant we had to try and ring someone to help us, which was futile. After 90 minutes, we managed to get onto someone to come and open the door for us. All the while we were outside late at night with young kids. There were parties in other rooms and music blaring until the wee hours of the morning.

very well used furniture , carpet in rooms very old and stained linen was filthy mattresses were very old and dirty really needs a update and some general maintenance throughout the apartment ,

Great location. Close to city centre. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms came in handy.

The metal staircase outside our bedroom window. The person above us clattering up and down it at all hours of the night kept us awake. The couches need upgrading as they are grotty and uncomfortable.

Wonderful place to stay for the night. Would happily book again!

Comfortable beds, well set up to cater for our group of 7. Clean and beautifully renovated.

The two front rooms did not have black out blinds and had the morning sun.. so early wake up.

The space and being able to be together as a group but have our own rooms.

The lack of communication was a concern. Despite multiple calls, emails and messages I had no response until I physically drove there the day before we checked in and spoke to the cleaner

Very good

The set out was perfect for the three adults and three kids, with the extra bathroom a bonus. Quiet location a short drive to the shops and a fully fenced park within walking distance. Being able to cook our own meals and have a full size fridge freezer is what I look for when booking. Our front door lock was in need of maintenance and after a quick call the problem was sorted out. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were a little dusty, and starting to need a freshen up, but I will still book again. Probably need to specify either smoking or non smoking as I didn't check, and while the apartment smelt fine as a non smoker I could tell a smoker had slept in the bed I was in. In the current climate it would be good to have a free cancelation policy like most other places.

great location and decent sized apartment we had a two bedroom but they also provide three and four bedroom apartments

the size of the apartment and that the two bedrooms each had a bathroom also great that the bedrooms were on either end of the apartment with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. definitely a great arrangement for friends travelling together rather than a couple.

this venue could be a four star if they upgraded the Manchester. eg bed linen and towels which definitely needed upgrading. Also bed linen needs to be professionally laundered and blankets and eiderdowns are very outdated and not very hygienic. better arrangement is a doona between professionally la7ndered sheets

Clean comfortable accommodation. Good for a group holiday as long as you drive a 4wd.

It was clean and comfy. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms.

The driveway into the site. It was so steep that our sedan could not access the sites, and given our accommodation was located at the rear of the property, we were very upset. Ultimately we had to use next doors driveway and drive along the nature strip. It's OK for people with SUV, BUT NOT SEDANS. NEARLY RIPPED OUT OUR UNDERCARRIAGE.
