The room was clean and inviting, Derek gave us a very warm welcome.
Comfortable bed
Lovley extras like cafetière for coffee.
The noise from the road, but there may be constraints on double glazing ?
curtains would be good as the shutter blinds do not keep out the daylight, the room was light at 05.45.
When we stayed a few years ago, we had a room nearer the rear of the hotel.

We stayed one night at No 98 Boutique Hotel which was ideal situated to the Railway Station and Weymouth Pavilion, as well as the seafront. It is also located close to the town.
Had beautifully decorated and comfortable room, overlooking the sea. Great choice for breakfast.
The proprietors were very friendly. We hope to return sometime soon.
Highly recommended

Hotel right on the seafront! Lovely and clean, staff extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble! Breakfast was cookss wed beautifully, great stay, thank you.
Stayed in room 4, would have liked a proper wardrobe instead of coat hangers on a rail in corner, but suppose it would have taken up too much space!

Great location. Very clean and fresh decor with excellent seafront views. The hosts were absolutely wonderful people who genuinely made us feel welcome. Good breakfast including some delicious additional homemade touches! Lovely attention to detail, including soft background jazz music at breakfast, and extra bits-and-bobs in the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was neat, cozy and at quite a prime location. Right in front of the property is a beautiful beach, we had a chance to enjoy bit of carnival and motorcycle show on the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend in June.
Our room was clean, quiet (opposite side of the road) and had a nice bathroom. The bed was surprisingly good with a firm mattress I usually hope but don’t get. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, we quite enjoyed the freshly cooked Eggs Benedict with a great coffee.
Hosts Suzanne & Derek are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Even their granddaughter Lily seemed quite excited and getting ready to run the place, not too far down the road 🙂.
Nothing to report!

The hotel is right on the seafront, just minutes walk from the train station. The hosts are genuinely lovely people-so friendly and helpful. The room was stunning, cosy and spotless, with lots of attention to detail. Our room was at the back of the building, so was very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding.
