We had a great stay in Chandys and I would totally recommend it.

Chandys is a fantastic hotel in a great location with fantastic views. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

The pool was a bit not enough deep to swim but it was nice and it was heated. The food was very nice but I a little bit overpriced.

Not so value for money compared to other resorts(Devonsire green,leaf munnar) ***** given for what??

Staff are good specially Restaurant Chef Rajesh and Nebu, the lady Femina welcomed us.The food is good 😊 Resort Looks good from far specially when illuminated. (To see that u don't need to stay there)

The view from the resort is not that excellent Even Though our room was super deluxe. Activities?? I did not find any. Swimming pool is not maintained ( when I asked they blamed rain.) Room was dusty... The worst think after they park my car I asked my key, Ms Femina said that the system here is like that they hold key, will be returned once check out. 🚘🚘🚘🥺🥺🚫🚫

Amazing experience. From the welcoming from the car to checking out. The guest relations and service is incredible. Highly recommended. The food choices are great and the staff are amazing. Especially the lady welcomed the accompanied to the room are so amazing and helpful.

Chandy's Windy Woods is a phenomenal stay in Munnar!

Beautiful resort with an artificial waterfall and forest inside the resort. The staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. The food was amazing. The resort organized day trips for us. Will definitely come back and visit!

The beds are slightly hard for long stays.

Hotel location is very nice, view from balcony is amazing. the staff are excellent starting from reception, housekeeping, and at the restaurant the staff are much appreciated, special thanks to the Chef Honey Joseph, the ever smiling and helping young lady Dilna and Pradeep who is always their to help, the whole restaurant staff was very good. they provided Gala Dinner on 24.12, the food selection was huge and the concert was very good.

It is a pleasant stay, the other chandy's would have been even better.

Excellent and courteous staff. Very generous and customer oriented. Very happy with the services provided by the hotel. The spa was a bit expensive for no reason is what I felt.

The view could have been better. The location of the stay is great but again despite taking the premium room for the view, the view was just of the terrace below and less of nature. They have made an artificial forest inside the hotel, which seemed unnecessary and noisy, especially because I didn't go with any kids or anything.
