Great location, cosy cottage with lots of home comforts. Interesting door to bathroom through wardrobe. Plenty of space and seating inside and outside. Good for watching sunrise and close to town. Great laundry area and games selection.
Just would have liked lower bar stools at the breakfast bench.

amazing location and grey facilities, out look to Bay and wetlands was amazing, and the birds were great to watch. Location is far enough from town to peaceful but close enough to get coffee in the morning
Our unit had only double beds

We stayed in the Blue Wren Cottage. It looks simple from the outside, but luxurious on the inside. Big, modern bathroom, full kitchen, sofa. Lots of birds around the chalet and we went for walks on the property with the binoculars to the bird hide.

Location and amenities. It was set in a nature reserve - bird habitat. Very relaxing Location.
The power was cut off on the morning of our departure due to works planned 2-3 weeks ago. Accommodation should not have been open. We were without running water or electricity.

The beautiful sounds of the natural world and the peaceful silence of no man made noises.
I absolutely adored hearing all the gorgeous frogs and special water birds right outside my door.
It is so lovely to stay at accommodation that embraces and appreciates wildlife .
The owners / staff were delightful and made me feel so welcome and relaxed.
That I couldn't stay longer.

This place is a paradise. So quiet, beautiful outlook, close to town, bird life everywhere, great walks on the extensive property (many decades ago the property was a golf course apparently). Jerome, the newish owner was great and we had a natter with his mate, Des, who is responsible for all the new buildings. Great local tips from both of them. We stayed in the 'Robin' villa. Along with quite a few others, this is close to brand new, so well appointed, sensational bed, double glazed glass, so warm and cosy, veranda, duck pond off the veranda. It was just fantastic. Pelican Point is part destination as well as a great place to stay.
There was one thing that really disappointed me. That was that we were only there for two nights. With so much to do in Tasmania's north east corner and this being such a great place to stay, we lamented the shortness of our stay.

The view from The Robin Villa through the floor to ceiling windows was magnificent. The villa was very modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. The setting of Pelican Point Sanctuary was very special and relaxing. Our host Sam was extremely welcoming and friendly.
We could not find anything we didn't like.

This was a lovely place to stay, stunning quiet surroundings, really clean and comfortable, the room and ensuite were spacious, modern and well presented, the kitchen facilities were great with everything we needed to cook simple meals and the guest laundry was a welcome bonus. Only minutes from St Helen’s township this is a gem of a place to spend your time exploring the area

What a lovely place, looking out across ponds and fields to the bay beyond. Very comfortable room, very quiet, and it had an external power point suitable for charging our hybrid vehicle.

Peaceful location, cleanly presented, well appointed, easy access to St Helens.
Several electrical faults - porch light remained on/unable to turn off, both the kitchen light and the bedside light nearest the ensuite didn't work, the ensuite's exhaust fan switch was questionably not aligned properly in the switch assembly, Wi-Fi repeatedly failed to connect with my Apple laptop.

Thoughtfulness of the host to prepare additional daily supplies like bbq utensils, kitchen wraps, etc. in the communal laundry house for the guests’ convenience if needed.
The superb arrangement of the resort site like the bird hide, wetland tracks in the private property.
If there’s a dishwasher; if the dryer works better

Views are wonderful, it was nice to sit on deck and watch the birds, quiet location with optional walks to do
Some noise from unit connected to ours, it wasn’t as private as we would have liked, sheer curtains on bedroom would be nice to watch sunrise as neighbour unit was next to our window and could see straight in to bedroom

Clean and quiet
Appreciated the quality bathroom and little touches like availability of cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. The hair dryer was appreciated.
We observed a hanging limb in a dry tree just near Blue Wren.
