Soggiorno magnifico in un appartamento meraviglioso a due passi dal mare

Appartamenti praticamente nuovi in una struttura magnifica, dotati di balconi e terrazzi con vista magnifica. Molto puliti, dotati di ogni confort e in posizione magnifica, mare dietro l'angolo e centro città raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile

Niente di spiacevole da segnalare, difficile trovare punti deboli.

Tolles Apartment in Top-Lage

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle und besonders Alessandro waren sehr bemüht und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Über die Treppe gegenüber im Felsen gelangt man schnell und mit tollem Ausblick zur Promenade und zum Strand. Oberhalb sind zwei wunderbare Cafés /Bars mit wunderbarer Aussicht,die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Ein guter Bäcker ist nur ein paar Schritte die Straße herunter. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und in Ordnung. Der Balkon in unserem Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer war klein aber mit schönem Ausblick. Das Apartment ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Toll wäre ein Geschirrhandtuch, Wischlappen und Haken zum Aufhängen für ein Handhandtuch.

Im Appartement war leider ein sehr starker Parfüm- oder Reinigungsmittelgeruch der erst am 2. Tag erträglicher wurde. Dies haben wir auch so weitergegeben. Vielleicht durch die Reinigungsfirma wurde gesagt.

The apartment is very well located, close to supermarkets, very close to the beach and downtown. Annalisa was very kind, she let us get in the apartment before the check in time and also had a place to store our luggage after the check out which it's not so common in the places we rented. She also gave us information about Otranto, places to visit, etc. There is a garage in case you have a car. The balcony is quite generous, lots of space. We had a nice stay, we definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay

The rooms are clean, modern, and have good facilities. The beds are huge and comfortable. Our host was very attentive and welcoming. We worked from our room for 5 days and the WiFi was great. The location is really good, 2 mins walk to the beach.

Kitchenette is a little bit small.

Wonderful from start to finish

Annalisa was a fantastic host! She took great care in explaining the area and all the wonderful things to see and do in Otranto. She was always responsive in answering any of our questions before our stay and during. The location is close to everything. The apartment is bright,clean,and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee too. We absolutely loved and appreciated having the elevator and a parking space. A very very big plus for us as we had a lot of luggage. I know you will be very very happy if you choose to stay here in Otranto! Thank you again Annalisa for all your kindness to us during our stay

the location is right near the centre and close to the sea, plus a brand new apartment

the mattress were too soft and in the bedroom there was a moldy smell probably because of early in the season

Perfect - good for work - strong wi-fi ( rare in these parts ) -good for family meals and rest.

We have prepared our own breakfast in a perfectly equipped kitchen . It had every coffee maker in the world . All of them worked perfectly . My youngest daughter enjoyed experimenting with them. Even washing up was not a problem . Plenty of hot water , kitchen towels and a lot of space for drying and everything else.

Everything was perfect . I can’t hold the sweet dear Hostess responsible for the weather, but her smiles made up for the lack of sunshine .

It was very clean and well furnished, with everything you need (including hair dryer, iron and ironing table, dishes, glasses, coffee machine and coffee capsules, water heater can, cooking accessories, washing machines and detergent in the garage) very helpful and professional staff, big furnished terrace, very close to center.

That I have nothing to complain of :).

Clean modern apartment with friendly, helpful management.

Exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable beds, (one large double in bedroom and two decent quality double sofa beds in living areas) good air con. Nice balcony. Heavy curtains to block out early morning light. Lift for heavy luggage. Right next to a bike hire shop, small supermarket around the corner; five mins stroll to the beach and restaurants in the old town. Very helpful management. Annalisa couldn’t do enough to help answer any questions or recommend places to go. Otranto has a lovely old town with great restaurants and some cool bars overlooking the port on the upper ramparts. Highly recommend.

The apartment is quite close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. I really liked how clean and spacious it is. The staff and the host were very friendly and polite.

I didn't really like that we weren't provided with toiletries and necessities for the kitchen. We didn't have mosquito netts and that was a bit of a problem at night. Also the sun umbrella on the balcony was not funcionable.

Location is very convenient and host is very helpful and polite.

The only difficulty we faced it was at entering home every time, main gate doesn’t work with all high tech it is supposed to work with (online) so you have to use the keys, in extension keys were not the correct ones…that was a headache when coming back late.
